Silence.

As they step though the door the enter a large room with 12 doors In a circle.

They look around in awe as they slowly walk towards the center of the room. At least it might be a room, for there are no walls to be seen only darkness.

The wide open space fills Madotsuki with anxiety. She is not used to spaces this large. In most dreams she may be in a conferrable small room akin to her apartment or someplace like a fenced in yard.

Darkness never scared Madotsuki but past the circle of doors was advanced darkness.

Yumeki on the otherhand, felt oddly comfortable. This place felt safe.

Nexus.

The word rings though his mind like a chime or some sort of tuning fork.

They look at each other. They look at the doors.

Where to start, where to go?

Each door gives off a different feeling as they approach.

Madotsuki shakes her head.

"You ok?" Asks Yumeki. She squeezes his hand tighter. "It's ok, it's safe here," he kneels to her level. "This is a dream. You can always wake up."

She wants to wake up.

"Take some time, gather your thoughts. I'm not going anywhere. We can explore when you are ready ok?"

Madotsuki nods before giving him a hug.

He is startled for a moment before hugging back.

Madotsuki pinches her cheek.
