"The Dragon's what?" Renea asked confusion filling her eyes.
"The Dragon's Wrath, it's an ancient blade. I cannot believe my eyes, it's priceless. The blade is said to be made of dragon bone and Syphess," Crysto explained as he looked at the staff with amazement and wonder.
Renea's eyes narrowed even further as her expression slowly turned into a glare. What the man was saying was absolute nonsense, besides how would he know about her heirlooms. Not to mention it wasn't even a blade.
"What are you even talking about? This is a staff, not a blade sir," She spoke with irritation in her voice as she continued to glare at the man.
"Yes, yes. That's the whole point! A dragon has an absolutely outrageous amount of power within them, and can be extremely vengeful. Most don't know this until it's too late and they are already almost dead," Crysto said as he pointed to the blade.
Before Renea could speak Crysto pulled a book out from under the stand and opened it up to around the middle of the book. Renea's eyes widened in shock at what she saw, it was her staff drawn in careful strokes. Beside it there was another drawing showing her blade once again, however it was different, way different. Both of the golden pieces at the ends were pulled out, revealing two identical blades and the bone center was wrapped in a cloth.
"Their teeth and their roars are incredibly powerful, but you won't realize just how much until they open their jaws. That is how that blade was designed, I cannot believe I get to see it with my own eyes!" He nearly shouted with excitement as he stared at the blade with wonder.
"Where did you get that book?" Renea asked cautiously as she took a step backwards, staring carefully at the man.
"This is a book made by an old scribe, he wrote down almost all of the blades and weapons that were made by William Smith. He was one of the best blacksmith's of his time! I acquired the book through a trade a while back," Crysto explained.
Renea's eyes narrowed with caution as she stared at the man who looked giddy with excitement. He looked like a child with the excitement and the giddiness that was clear on his face. There was no way that what he was saying was true, after all the staff was just that a staff. Though, the closer she looked at the paintings, the older they looked and the more similarities that she saw.
"How much for the book?" Renea asked slowly, finally deciding that it could be worth a shot.
However she did not expect the response that she got. Immediately Crysto gripped the book to his chest with a deep scowl on his face while shaking his head rapidly.
"No way, this is not for sale," He said rather loudly.
Renea just looked at him with a frown before she shrugged halfheartedly. If he didn't want to sell it then that was his own business. However the scarves on the table were absolutely splendid. Turning her gaze to them she noticed one that was absolutely breathtaking. Embroidered with golden thread, one a dark crimson cloth she saw several dragons carefully stitched together.
"How much?" She asked pointing to the one she desperately wanted.
His seemingly sour mood switched almost instantly as a grin covered his face. Turning her gaze up to meet his she slightly frowned at the look in his eyes. It was wicked, that Renea knew for sure. However she couldn't quite figure out why.
"A lovely choice, tell you what it's on the house. Just that one item that is," He said handing her the scarf with a smile.
As soon as he said that a huge grin spread across her face. Entirely trained on the beautiful scarf, she didn't think about why he would give it to her and accepted it without a second thought. She couldn't wait to show her Keeper, but first she wanted to buy something to make up for his lose of the item. A small black dagger caught her attention and she reached out for it, carefully picking it up to examine it.
It was strange and as her eyes looked over it, Crysto suddenly swiped it from her hands. With a nervous laugh her spoke. "Ugh, that one's not for sale miss. I'm sorry," Crysto said with a frown.
"Are you sure? I have the gold to buy it," Renea responded with a smile.
"I'm sure, this is no weapon for a lady like yourself," Crysto added before he shrunk back slightly at the sudden and extremely intense glare that Renea gave him.
"I... I mean it in the kindest way possible, it's not good for many people," He laughed nervously as she continued to glare at him.
"Is that so?" She asked slowly.
Immediately he nodded fast as he stared at her fretfully. Renea frowned before shrugging, suddenly the sweet smell of chocolate filled her senses and her eyes glowed with excitement as she turned her head. Sniffing, she waved her hand at Crysto goodbye before she practically ran over to the stall that was filled with sweets of all kinds.

"What a strange woman," Crysto muttered to himself with a slight laugh.
"And scary," He added to himself as he looked at her from behind, only to see someone bump into her and her practically growl at them. Yep, very scary indeed.
Then again, a Drake needed to be scary if they wanted to protect her flock. And he had a feeling that she would do just about anything to protect what she deemed as hers. Not a woman to be trifled with. 'After all she would be his Drake soon,' that much he was willing to admit. As he thought that he sent a deadly glare to a man who sent a disgusted look her way.
