"The one with no windows leading somewhere, in the garden." -Ash

"Oh that! Why would you want to know?" -Owen

"Because of curiosity, and do you not like anyone?? You're 21 now, and not dating?" -Ash

"That’s a problem for me , but how old are you even? " Owen asked

"23" Ash replied.

Owen stared at Ash. 

"You're an idiot, you're older and asking me to find love. Think about you first." -Owen 

"Alright, alright. But what's behind those doors though? " -Ash

"Something for a friend" -Owen

"Is it the one from childhood? " -Ash

 

"Yea…" Owen turned a bit red.

"HAHA YOU'RE RED!" Ash laughed 

"HUH?! NO I'M NOT!" Owen shouted back.

" HAHAHAHA YOU'RE EVEN MORE RED!!" Ash kept laughing.

"Okay, I'll stop. But are you sure that you can find that pink hair kid? " -Ash

"Maybe I can, maybe I can't. Maybe they're even right next to me but I don't know." Owen looked up at the ceiling while sitting on the floor.

Ash looked down. "I had this friend too, he was short and had blue eyes . His eyes were beautiful and it was 'different'."

"He seems nice, do you know his name?" -Owen

"No, it's just a blurred out memory. " -Ash 

"Hmm, I never knew the name." -Owen 

"Lucas said that that place is for the person you love. So if you find that girl, you'll marry her?" -Ash

"If she allows me to marry her. Yea, I would marry her." -Owen

"The kid you met for a few years and just disappeared, is the person u want to marry?? You're crazy"- Ash

"I guess you're right, but she or he is the only person I fell for ever in my life."-Owen

"Oh, that's nice and not nice at the same time." -Ash

“But not all stories have happy endings…”-Ash

“I know, even if I do find her. I wonder if she has her own love or not.”- Owen

“She? You think it's a girl?” -Ash

“I mostly think its a her, but i dont know” -Owen

Silence came in, nothing but crickets outside making noise. Nothing else.

“Oh yea, Mei said you needed to go somewhere. Want me to take you there now? Before we both forget again.” Owen smiled. 

Silence came in, only the crickets from outside the window were making noise.

"Oh yea!" Owen stood up. He looked down at Ash, who was still sitting on the floor. "Mei said that you needed to go somewhere. Do you want to go there now before we forget again?"

"Sure" -Ash 

Owen grabbed Ash's hand and walked downstairs. 

 "Mei, I'm taking Ash out for a while. Don't make trouble!" -Owen

"Alright!" -Mei

Owen took Ash out and shut the door behind. 

"Phew, Lucas didn't see me." -Owen

"You're afraid of him?" -Ash

"Very" said Owen. "Well, let's go. And where is the place you want to go?"

"I'll tell you the direction, and you can just drive me there." -Ash

Minutes go by…

“Stop.” -Ash

“Alright, this is it? Is this your home?” –Owen

“Was” Ash took a deap breath and walked into the apartment building. 

`Does this place bring bad memories?’ -Owen

A few minutes went by and Ash came back with 3 boxes…

“Is that all of it?” said Owen. Ash smiled back but looked down on the boxes again. 

“Are you alright?” -Owen

“Yep, I am. Well let’s go” -Ash

Owen was concerned while Ash sat next to him. 

“Let me bring you out,” said Owen.

“Wait wha-!!” said Ash. Owen stepped on the pedal and the car soon drove off. 

“Holy shit man, please give me a warning next time.” said Ash

“Alright. You stay here for a sec.” said Owen. 

“Okay?” said Ash. Owen stepped out of the car and went somewhere. 

‘That was odd isn’t it’ Ash thought. But Ash waited anyway…
