Read Lab Brat's Journal :: No talk, me angy

I think my serum is ready for testing now so I tried taking a dose before school today. I could feel the effect on the aggressive side of my personality but there still is a problem. It would tell me about what it wants me to do but I would still have the same issues as before.

For example, I’ll tell you about what happened during the school day. When my classmate didn’t listen to me when she didn’t understand the assignment, the aggressive personality told me to respond by saying I hope no one helps you and you fail. The serum didn’t give the aggressive personality more control, it just made it more distinct.

Now that the personality feels like a separate person I should give it a name. It’s a dude that floats and encourages me to be aggressive so I’ll call him Mean Spirit. I guess it’s impressive that the serum has an effect but what use does it have for me if I am the same as before. Maybe I should wait and see if I get the desired results over time. I was disappointed about how it didn’t go the way I wanted it to but Mean Spirit told me he was going to mentor me on how to be tougher.

For my toughness lesson I gave Mr.Fluffy a visor to see Mean Spirit. His role was to pretend to be people in the scenarios. The first scenario was about someone telling me that I don’t belong and I couldn’t bring myself to speak up, even around my best friend. Mean spirit said “you shouldn’t worry about being respectful to him if he says that to you” to rally me. I focus on my goal of being stronger and say “I don’t belong because I’m better than all of you”
