that I woke up.
and then I realize I’m still in that tiny room and hearing
the sound of footsteps getting closer to the door
“wake up !!” said the unknown voice after knocking on the door
I prepared myself and went to meet Venissa. I was so excited
and scared to reveal my class.
when I reach her there was a long line of people waiting
for different services :
changing the class, creating clans, sending messages to the
capital and adding quests and tasks to the missions table
so I spent 30 minutes waiting in line and that little kid
keep looking at me with no stop while holding his mother
dress. for straight 30 minute his eyes was on me with zero
reactions on his face, I was terrified and thought why
is that child here and how these mages cant feel his
pure evil, he had serial killer eyes !!!
finally, it's my turn, Venissa looked and said
“the result of your blood test has arrived, go and check it out
then came back after you chose your class “
and she gave me a paper full of stats, it was my stats
and sadly I was average, I thought that I will be the
the main character but no … maybe I am just an NPC
and I was upset when I realise that I can't be a knight
nor a mage, what am I? should I become a farmer
I get depressed …
until a big guy came and sit next to me, the blood in his
armor still wet, he looked at me and yelled
“2 BEERS AT THIS TABLE, I hope you are thirsty”
i was trying to figure out a way to tell him that i don't drink
alchoolics but before I even talk he said while taking the paper
from my hand
“you look like shit, let me check your stats, hmmm its not
that bad, it reminds me of mine “
I said
“ your stats?? can you beat monsters with these stats? I can't
be a knight or a mage “
he said while laughing after drinking his beer
“you just started, your stats will grow after every level up
we all started from this level. and honestly, I’m kinda
jealous. not all people have the opportunity to be both “
I realize that I was super negative
“My name is Brook, by the way, Brook the destroyer,
if you need me in something you will find me here
at the hero’s Hall or on the Battlefield destroying the enemies hahahahahaha ”
he was very friendly and LOUD, I am happy that I meet him.
he makes me feel better.
after that conversation, I realize that this world is like
an RPG game I need to level up and upgrade my
stats and my items
maybe after all I am a neet, I have a great knowledge
about Video games and anime.
after asking Venissa about delaying the class selection
she told me that I can fill it in at any time I want. but I can't
join clans or use my hero license until I pick a class.
so I am obligated to level up
luckily there is a big board in the hero’s hall contain
many types of missions:
-royal missions: related to the government (outside the city)
-Local missions: related to the city needs (security)
-discovering missions: discover dungeons/forests/caves
-private missions: requests from citizens (guard, transport,
part-time jobs)
so I need to do some tasks, mostly private tasks
because it's a lot safer.
I still have 7 nights to spend here and then I have
to find a house.
I start thinking of a part-time Job
so that’s how I spent my day, the candle is dying so
I have to sleep.
ps: don’t try the chilli Lizard Tail, my worst decision
