Tomoe don't think that Alex is her friend, she only see him like someone to trust but she doesn't think that he trust in her or something, also they don't know anything about the other, they just casually talk or sometimes they're silent oy watching TV or looking at the window, they don't really interact at all, only on studying or when Tomoe have any issue, Alex don't know about what could he talk with her since she told him that she doesn't remember her own life, Alex started to feel like he ain't enough to make her remember or at least teaching her and Tomoe is actually pretty bored almost all the time, just waiting and mostly doing nothing more than wait for food and sleep or take a shower, she wants to go out and enjoy what the city can offer, for missfortune of Alex now he have to talk with Tomoe about going out, so he prepared a really good lunch to talk with her, "Maybe food could make things easier!" He thought

Now at lunch Alex made up something very great and "meaty", pork ribs not only if they're well made the meat will feel juicy and tasty the sauce will give it a unic touch and to make her happier it doesn't require to use things as spoons, forks or knifes, she can eat it easily with her hands, not for something is one of the favorites of demi humans, (Alex investigated only for this), proud of the lunch he made he cleaned up his hands and entered to his room (The room he lended to Tomoe) and waked her up nicely by whispering at the highest part of her hear so she could still hear and do not get scared or disturbed

—Tomoe~—Whispered nicely—Wake up I made the lunch

—Uuuuh... I want to sleep more...

—Are you sure? I made something that I guess you would like

—Get up and you'll see

Then Alex let her get up and do a slight morning stretch and stand up, Alex walked out and Tomoe just followed him still tired but then when she got the smell of the lunch she immediately seemed to be way too interested, so much that their ears passed from being sideways to be frontwards and her tails started moving side by side slightly 

When a Demi-human specially half wolf half human get's interested or something attracted their attention their ears reacts with them, with half wolf girls this happens a lot and is also normal that their tails start moving side by side, their ears react more than male half wolf demi humans which in their case are almost always by frontwards, so theirs make a little wave to show their reaction, half wolf demi human girls ears almost all the time use to be sideways when they're relaxed or neutral, when they're alert, happy, interested in something and mad use to be frontwards, because it's complicated to understand many people guides from the tail and that's what Alex did, so because was waving Alex sensed that Tomoe was interested

Then Alex walked to the kitchen to grab the pot with the ribs, two plates and with his powers a little pot with french fries and yellow baby potatoes fried too, once with all of that he let the plates on the table and let the plates and started to serve the ribs, Alex made ten ribs so he gave four to Tomoe and four to him, the other two are for the dinner, Alex after that he served the french fries and the baby potatoes, they're cut by half and to the frier, once he served everything Alex just to add more sauce from the ribs and poured it on the potatoes and a bit on the ribs too, Tomoe just sat down when Alex told her to, she was drooling but she wasn't going to grab the food she was waiting for the cutlery but Alex just sit and looked Tomoe

—Where is the spoon and the fork?

—We don't need them

—What?

—This is pork ribs and naturally it's not necessary to use any cutlery, just our hands so feel happy to eat easily, without any fear to break the plate

—Wait... So you...

—Yes, I do that too, everyone or almost everyone do that with pork ribs

—LETS CUT THE TALK THEN 

Tomoe without saying anything else started devouring the ribs but in the moment she bited one she became to be aware of the flavor of this meat and did a little moan of happiness, the first already got her really happy and smiling, Alex really enjoyed seeing Tomoe smiling just for that, that made him feel like he really does good food, at this point he was even happy to only stare at her but then he reacted and just tried to keep things normally

Alex started to eat too, it's not his first time eating this stuff and he like it too but not as much like Tomoe that started chewing the bones too, that's normal too on canine semi humans, mostly half wolf ones, Alex never understood why do they eat the bones too but maybe they're delicious and he doesn't know, anyways, he is not going to try that, he needs every teeth on his mouth, after all they're weaker than Tomoe's, Alex ended up the ribs first, after all he's only eating the meat, now he was eating the other stuff and looking to Tomoe but to do not make things weird he started to talk to her

—So uh... You left the house and got all that stuff, Right?

—Yep

—Great uh... Can I ask you a favor?

—Sure

—Please don't leave the house again

—Mmm? I can't do that

—Tomoe, you got involved in a dangerous case about murder and stealing where the cameras saw you

—Oh, yeah and my identity would be exposed right?

—Actually, I don't remember if I told you but they already did the blood stuff and it seems that you're not on the system

—You're not recognized as a citizen of this country, it's like you were an inmigrant

Alex and Tomoe after a few minutes ended up eating, Tomoe seemed to be happy with the food and Alex sure enjoyed it but he likes more things with rice or pasta Alex told Tomoe to wait because he didn't served the drink, Tomoe just stayed on the chair waiting while Alex fastly cleaned up the plates and the other stuff while he stored the ribs on the fridge, Alex is not fancy about the drinks, he just picked the first big soda he saw on the fridge and poured on two cups, then gave one to Tomoe

Alex just sat down and took a sip of the soda to now talk Time, he wanted to know something about the fur in the ears and tail, "How does it feels?" He wanted to know, he would have asked unless Tomoe hadn't started coughing after taking some soda

—W-woah Tomoe are you okay?!

—W- [Cough] what does it seem?

Alex runned to her just to look if she was okay, then he remembered that semi humans usually feels pain two or three times more than humans so most of them can't drink soda or drinks that sparkles, because they're too sensitive in that aspect, so they can't eat spicy stuff, drinks with bubbles and food with a lot of spices, many Demi humans have died for trying out things like chilies without the concent of a doctor because their throats also are easier to irritate and the chilies even something makes a allergic reaction on them that in some situations don't let them breath, Alex felt stupid and tried to make Tomoe feel okay, so he sprinted to the kitchen and got a glass of water for Tomoe, then run back and gave it to her, she was coughing a lot

—Tomoe drink this!

She tried to drink but she was coughing a lot so Alex took the water again and made Tomoe drink it by forcing her, she spited out some water but a few seconds later she was recovering, still coughing but moderated now

—Tomoe do you need more water?

He started to help to walk to the couch so she could stay comfortable, Tomoe answered the question of Alex only by moving her head up and down nodding, Alex once he let her on the couch and received the answer he fastly ran to the kitchen and got the water for Tomoe, then asked

—Can you drink it on your own?

Tomoe nodded by the sides so no, Alex tried to move the water as he wanted to and made her drink it, this time there is no way she could spit it because he hold it with his powers and then when it reached the point he let it go as it normal, Tomoe kept coughing for a minute and then she was okay, a bit okay she was feeling a bit dizzy because she coughed a lot but something normal, at least she can breath

—Are you okay now?

—Yeah [Cough]—Alex was a about to run to get more water but Tomoe grabbed him— I'm okay! [Cough]

—I guess if you say so...— he sitted next to her and kept a hand on her back

—Just... What was that?

—That was soda, I forgot that is a bit irritating for your throat and also can activate some pain sensors so... It felt horrible I know, I'm sorry I didn't meant to damage you

—It's okay... You tried your best to help me so I know it's truth...

—I'm not going to let something like this happens again okay?

—Thanks...—Tomoe hugged Alex

—U-uh... Why are you hugging me?

—When you said thanks to me you hugged me, so I guess it's right if I do the same

—Thats... Sweet

Alex hugged her back so it wouldn't be weird the stuff, anyways who would feel nice by hugging the other while not being hugged? For Tomoe this was okay, pretty soft and warm, for Alex this was something very special even if doesn't seem to be special, it's often know that nobody hugs him or something like that because he is alone almost all the time and the relationships he been most of them were less about the love and more about the money but he always tried to keep it up even if everything is lost, he doesn't like at all to be alone, he's not aware about this but Alex is starting to gain a slight attachment to Tomoe
