Chapter 1 

“ZETH GET BACK HERE.” his mother yelled.”You shouldn't be hanging out with alphas, your heat could come any day now.”

“But mom, she's my best friend, she would never do anything to me.” Zeth claimed. 

Zeth’s mother grabbed him by the arm and dragged him back to the cave. His siblings were all sitting on some dried leaves. His father was waiting for them at the entrance. Zeth could tell he was displeased.

“Zeth.” his father said in a stern voice. “ Your heat could come any day and you left the cave. There are many alphas outside and who knows what they would do. Even your best friend could lose control around an omegas heat pheromone.”

Zeth stormed off and went up to his nook in the cave wall. He linked his mind to his best friends so they could communicate. He needed to get out of the cave. If he stayed in he would end up going insane.

Actually, maybe he was going insane, who the hell was this omega?! Usually he would’ve done what his parent’s wished, even if it did mean not seeing Lena, so who was this new omega?! That thought would haunt him later, but for now, he needed out.

“Lena.” Zeth called out to his friend. “Are you there?” 

“Zeth. she replied. I thought you weren't allowed to speak to me.”

“My parents don't want anything happening to me. And since you’re an alpha they were worried you would do something to me if I started my heat around you.”

“Well Zeth, that is a fair point, I don't wanna hurt you.”

“Lena if you did anything i would know it wasn't your fault it would've been your inner alpha losing control”

“Zeth i still don't want to hurt you thats why when i get my rut i lock myself in my cave until it ends”

Zeth blocked the telepathy when he heard footsteps…
