Hello, lovely readers! Today marks my 1st wedding anniversary with my sweet husband who,
after reading the first chapter of this story, felt inspired to put his
musical gifts to use and created this amazing theme. This piece is
based on what he felt (at the time) represented the premise of the story
as a whole.

I personally LOVE it for multiple reasons. I'm a giant fan of J-RPGs and anime and this SMACKS of all of that. It reminds me of a video game opening (think Tales of Symphonia or Trails of Cold Steel), complete with that stunning electric guitar, the sad/ballad-y middle, and the freaking key change near the end, are you kidding me with that?!
Happy 1st year anniversary, my love. You'll have another piece ready by next year to share with everyone, right? ;)
