They looked over at the bushes.

A unicorn came out from the bushes and walked towards them. They stayed still knowing how dangerous they can be. The unicorn stood in front of Zeth and lowered its head so they were at eye level. Even though Zeth knew how dangerous it was he reached out to pet the unicorn and the unicorn stayed as it was.

Lena was terrified thinking her best friend was gonna be killed by its sharp venomous horn but the unicorn just stood there. Zeth continued to pet the unicorn while Lena was in shock. Was this normal were all unicorns actually friendly or did they just like Zeth.

The unicorn stood up straight again and placed its head next to Zeth’s. With that the unicorn vanished into the woods. They would most likely never meet again. Lena rushed over to Zeth as fast as her legs could carry her. She was making sure he had on injuries that were not visible. There was nothing.

“Zeth why did you pet it. The unicorn could have killed you in a second. I thought it did something to you….” Lena rambled on as they wandered through the woods. They kept going.

Hours passed and Lena was finally quiet. All they could hear was their own breathing….
