Soo-Yun narrowed her eyes and checked one more time. She didn’t want to make a mistake on it. After a while, she rested her back against the chair and let out a sigh. “I think I have to not rush into this. This is a sensitive and complicated case. There are so many people in this video, I can't doubt all of them.” She nodded at her own statement, understanding the facts about the situation. “I should ask for help. After all, I am a lawyer. It can be risky if I go there and investigate.” She heaved a deep breath and took her phone on the table. Soo-Yun dialled someone's number and placed the phone on her left ear. “Kim Min-Ji, I need your help.” They talked for a moment and hung up the call. Soo-Yun got up and walked to her bed. She fell asleep as she laid on the bed.

The next morning, Soo-Yun took a last glance at her through the mirror and let out a deep sigh before heading out of the room.

Soo-Yun was passing by the living room, catching Jun-Sang’s attention. He was about to stop her but stopped at his track as his gaze landed on a cob female. Soo-Yun shared with her a warm hug, making Jun-Sang more confused. The cob female bowed at Jun-Sang as he entered the hall. Soo-Yun rolled her eyes and sighed. “Jun-Sang, she is my old friend, Kim Min-Ji.” His eyes widened as he got to know about her. They all were in the same school. Jun-Sang walked to her and shared a brotherly hug with her. “Miss you sis,” she was like a little sister to him. She nodded and glanced at Soo-Yun, who was pissed off now. “See you soon.” He nodded at Kim Min-Ji and they walked out of the house.
“Why did she come here?” Jun-Sang mumbled and lost in his thoughts. “Soo-Yun, are you hiding something from me?” He let out a deep sigh and made way to the room to get ready.

Jun-Sang's lips curved to a smile when his gaze landed on Haneul's sleeping figure. He walked to her and caressed her cheek gently. “Sleep well baby.” Jun-Sang whispered and stepped towards the closet. He took his black suit and walked to the restroom. After getting a warm, long shower, Jun-Sang stepped out of the restroom. He took a glance at the wall clock and then at Haneul, who was still sleeping. Jun-Sang shook his head and smiled. “Your first priority is always sleep.” Jun-Sang kissed the top of her head. He took a last glance at Haneul and left.

Soo-Yun and Min-Ji reached the place where the man gave her pen drive. She heaved a deep breath and took her to the incident spot. Min-Ji wore gloves and a mask and crouched down on the floor. She took dry blood with tweezers and put it into a plastic bag. After a few moments, when she took all evidence from the area, she was about to move ahead but was stopped as her eyes landed on a ring. She bent down and took it. She scanned it and her eyes widened. “Se-Hun,” Soo-Yun's eyes widened as she heard Mr. Jang's name. She walked to her and took the ring. “It’s Mr. Jang’s ring. He is my father-in-law.” Min-Ji looked at her, confused. “What?” Min-Ji whispered and Soo-Yun nodded her head a little. “All the evidence is against him.” Min-Jin took a deep breath and patted her back. “Don’t rush things fast. I am here to help you. Don’t worry, we will investigate again.” Soo-Yun nodded at her, making her smile.

Jun-Sang rested his back against the seat and massaged his temple gently. “Why was dad in the hospital?” He was wondering what Mr. Jang was doing in the hospital. Suddenly, he frowned and thought about Soo-Yun. “She is behaving weird these days.” Jun-Sang heaved a deep breath and shook his head. “I must focus on my work and Haneul. It is not my business what Soo-Yun is doing.” He sighed and continued his work. Suddenly, a soft knock on the door grasped his attention. “Come in.” He said calmly and waited for the person to come in. Jun-Sang frowned, seeing his mother at the office this late. “Mom?” He whispered and Mrs. Jang burst into tears, causing him to rush towards her. “What happened, mom?” Jun-Sang asked, being worried and his mother was crying badly. Jun-Sang's gaze softened after seeing Mrs. Jang's stage. He hugged her and patted her back gently. “Your father is in big trouble.” She said as she calmed down. Jun-Sang broke the hug and gazed at his mother, whose eyes were still teary. “What?” He inquired. Mrs. Jang let out a sigh and glanced at the wall. “Your father’s behaviour has changed these days. He came home late and always stayed in the study room meeting with bad people. Someone is coming home daily with some of his guards and threatening your dad. He said that if the police found him, then he will make sure your dad will be no more.” She sobbed. “Help us, please.” Mrs. Jang pleaded with her son with some hope. He nodded his head and lost in his thoughts.

Soo-Yun entered her mother's house and gazed at her mother, who was watching the news “Mom.” a small whisper came out of her mouth, which was enough to catch her mother's attention towards her. Mrs. Lean rushed to her and hugged her tightly. She smiled and hugged her back with the same energy. “I missed you mom” “missed you too, baby.” They both were hugging suddenly. Soo-Yun's brother Jung-Ki appeared out of nowhere. Both of them flinched and glared at Jung-Ki, who was laughing his lungs out. Soo-Yun hugged him and patted his head, causing him to push her a little. “Don’t mess with my hair.” He said with an angry pout, making them burst into giggles. After a while, as they sat in the living room, Mrs. Leon started questioning her about her life with Jun-Sang and some other stuff. Soo-Yun was pissed off when she heard Jun-Sang's name. “Mom, I wanna reopen dad’s case.” Mrs. Leon stopped at her track and glanced at her in shock. “What?” She asked with widened eyes. “Yes, it was not a normal death. Someone’s murdered him. I have a lot of evidence.” Her mother let out a stressful sigh and shook her head. “Soo-Yun, it will be dangerous. I already lost your dad and now you. I can’t take a risk. Please don’t do this.” Soo-Yun sighed and nodded at her, but somewhere inside her head, she wanted to fight for her dad. “I will try.” She said, and forced herself to smile. “I am sorry, Mom, but I will do it for my father.” Soo-Yun thought.

Jun-Sang dropped his mother at her home. He started the car and looked at his mobile. Something popped into his mind as his eyes landed on the mobile screen. He took his mobile from the passenger seat and dialled someone’s number. “I want you to meet me at the club.” He said coldly and threw his phone on the seat before driving away. After a long drive, Jun-Sang reached the place. He got out of the car and stepped into the club. Jun-Sang scanned the entire club and went to a secret room. A lift came up, and he entered the lift. After a few seconds, he entered the basement area. He went downstairs and patted someone’s back, causing him to glance at him. “I have a job for you.”
