"Good evening, mister Morrison!" The coroner exclaimed as he approached the crime scene. He shivered in the winter wind. "What have you found?"
"The bruises on the victim's neck combined with the single glove we found next to the body suggest that this was a case of premeditated strangulation," Morrison explained.
"Smart. The glove ensured that no fingerprints could be found," James remarked. "Then again… Leaving evidence is a shameful mistake."
The detective rubbed his cold hands together and reached down in his pockets to retrieve his gloves. Then he remembered that there was only one left.
"A shame indeed."
