Hello. Harry said I could write whatever I want in this journal so that's what I'm going to do. I guess I could start with talking about Harry. He's the nicest person I've ever met. I sent him a letter over the summer to apologize for how I acted all those years. I told him I wanted to change and I meant it. Harry forgave me right away for a reason that is still a mystery to me but it's the best thing to ever happen to me. 

  At first, becoming a gryffindor was scary but now that it's been a month I think this was definitely the best house for me to ever have been in. All my old “friends” in Slytherin were actually pretty accepting of me being moved which is great. Harry just walked into the room with a stupid smile on his face that makes me want to kiss slap him. He nodded his head in my direction and kept walking towards the dorms. I think I should be good to continue writing. This past month has gone by really fast. 

  After that first class back with Mcgonagall a ton of kids have become animagi, me included. I can become a ferret, a fact that Harry wouldn't stop laughing about when he first heard. It was a beautiful annoying laugh. Harry became a stag like his father which I'm assuming could be a family trait. Ron and Hermion both became cats. Ron is a Persian cat while Hermione is a ragdoll. As expected, Dudley didn't become an animagus but to be fair, not a lot of people did. 

  Ron and Dudley got into another argument last week. Ron can't forgive Dudley for how he treated Harry and I understand that, but he's gone too far. I saw him empty a jar or slugs in Dudley’s bag when he wasnt looking. All his stuff got messed up and nobody bothered to help him clean it up. I mean I did, but nobody else seemed to care. I know I was a horrible person and I shouldn't have a say in this but I can't stand how they treat him. 

  That new teacher is very suspicious. She keeps staring at me and Harry everytime were in her class. Harry told me what happened on his way to the owlery with her and it seems like something bigger is going on. I saw her sneaking into the forbidden forest the other day as well. She came back an hour later, covered in dirt. 

I think that was enough for now. Ill ask Hermioe if she keeps a journal and if I can look at it to see what I can do next time.
