The team registered for the test. The test was held at an Infinity Tower Alliance branch near their university. The Infinity Tower Alliance was a powerful alliance between the biggest adventurers and other super-powers that controlled the access to the tower.
Pika, Max, Tiger, Hugh, and Rayelle arrived at the Infinity Tower Alliance branch, feeling nervous but confident in their abilities. They were greeted by a stern-looking administrator who handed them their test packets and provided some final instructions.
"Good luck, team Beasts," the administrator said. "The test will last for one month in the virtual world. You will be facing various challenges and opponents, and your abilities will be constantly monitored and evaluated. Remember, the goal is to survive."
Tiger stepped forward, his athletic physique and confident demeanor drawing the attention of the others. "We got this," he said. "We're the best of the best, and we're going to show it."
Max nodded. "Let's do this," he said.
Rayelle and Pika exchanged a look, both of them eager to prove their worth and begin their journey to the Infinity Tower.
The five of them stepped into the virtual world, and their surroundings immediately changed. They found themselves in a dense forest, surrounded by towering trees and the sounds of chirping birds.
"Okay, let's stick together," Pika said. "We don't know what's out there."
As they made their way through the forest, they encountered their first challenge: a group of goblins, brandishing crude weapons and leering at the team.
"Alright, let's show them what we're made of," Tiger said, flexing his muscles and materializing a big sword from his spatial storage space.
The team sprang into action, each member using their unique abilities to defeat the goblins. Pika materialized three flying robots, each about the size of a dog, Max materialized a mechanical arm cannon and a robotic shield, Hugh took out a giant hammer, and Rayelle summoned an army of drones and small robots and activated her virtual screens which allowed her to control the battlefield and provide valuable support.
After the battle, the team regrouped, breathing heavily but exhilarated by their success.
"That was just the first challenge," Rayelle said, checking her screen for any updates. "We have to be ready for anything."
As the weeks passed, the team encountered more and more challenges, each one pushing them to their limits. They battled fierce beasts, navigated treacherous landscapes, and solved complex puzzles.
Throughout it all, the team grew closer, relying on each other and learning to trust in one another's abilities. And as the final day of the test approached, they were more united and determined than ever.
"We did it," Max said, as the team stepped out of the virtual world and back into the Infinity Tower Alliance branch. "We survived the test."
The administrator approached, a smile on his face. "Well done, team Beasts," he said. "You've proven yourselves to be a skilled and capable team. You've earned yourselves these Infinity Tower passes."
The team erupted in cheers, embracing each other and celebrating their hard-won victory. And as they stepped forward to begin their journey to the tower, they knew that they were ready for anything that lay ahead.
The team now have the Infinity Tower passes and are ready to go to the tower. To reach the structure, they had to go by foot, through a mechanical forest where aggressive robot beasts roam. It will take them about three days to reach the entrance. As the team, set out on their journey, they were filled with a mix of excitement and nerves. The three days of travel through the mechanical forest promised to be treacherous, but they were determined to reach their goal.
"Alright guys, let's stay sharp," said Tiger, leading the way. "These robot beasts can be pretty vicious, so we need to stick together and watch each other's backs."
Rayelle nodded, sending his robots to survey the environment. "Got it. We've trained hard for this, we're ready for anything."
Hugh, who was always up for a good fight, cracked his knuckles. "Bring it on, I'm itching for a challenge."
As they stepped into the forest, they were immediately surrounded by the sounds of gears turning and metal clanging. The trees, or rather the metal structures resembling trees, were covered in wires and machinery. The robot beasts, a cross between mechanical animals and robots, roamed freely, their glowing red eyes scanning the area for any sign of prey.
Rayelle, who was usually behind her computer screen, was on high alert, her hands flying over her virtual keyboard as she monitored their surroundings. "Guys, I've got a bad feeling about this," she warned. "There's a lot of activity on the network, I think we're in for a tough time."
"Don't worry, Rayelle," said Pika, trying to reassure her. "We've got this. And if things get tough, we've got each other."
As they continued deeper into the forest, the beasts grew more aggressive, and the team was soon forced to fight for their survival. It was a grueling experience, but the team worked together seamlessly, their training and teamwork paying off as they took down beast after beast.
"Pika, Max, keep the beasts off me, I need to hack into this control panel," yelled Rayelle, as she worked to disable a group of beasts that had surrounded them.
"You got it," replied Max, as he was shooting the beasts, his mechanical cannon in hand.
Pika, meanwhile, was coordinating attacks from his robots. One of his robots could shoot laser beams, another could fight with a tough metal body, and the last one was a battery that Pika used in order to charge special gloves that he created, and then unleashing thunder attacks (that's why he was nicknamed Pika Yellow). "Come on guys, we're almost there. Let's finish this."
With Rayelle's help, the team finally managed to take down the last of the beasts and reach the entrance to the Infinity Tower. They were exhausted, but exhilarated by their victory.
"We did it!" exclaimed Max, a huge grin on his face.
Tiger nodded, a look of pride on his face. "That was one hell of a fight, but we won. We're one step closer to our goal."
"Yeah, but we're not there yet," reminded Pika. "We've got a long way to go before we reach the entrance of that tower."
But with the Infinity Tower pass in hand, and their spirits high, the team was ready for whatever lay ahead. They were the "Beasts," and nothing was going to stop them from reaching their goal.
The team was handling the fights very well, and the first day finally came to an end. They materialized their tents and set up a camp to spend their first night in the mechanical forest. The night was calm, with only the sounds of the robotic beasts in the mechanical forest echoing in the background. The team members were sound asleep after a long day of battling their way through the forest. Suddenly, their robots, who were on guard duty, began to blare an alarm, startling everyone awake.
"What the hell is going on?" Max exclaimed as he rubbed his eyes and tried to focus on the situation.
"We're under attack!" Rayelle yelled, as she quickly got to her feet and checked the status of her robot.
Pika quickly stood up his electric gloves materializing on his hands, ready for whatever was coming their way. "What kind of attacker is it?"
"A dragon-like robot," Rayelle replied, her voice filled with concern.
Tiger and Hugh were the first to charge towards the beast, weapons drawn. "We've got this, let's take it down!" Tiger yelled.
The giant robot let out a deafening roar and swung its massive tail, hitting both Tiger and Hugh and sending them flying away from the rest of the group.
"Tiger! Hugh!" Max cried out, running towards them.
"They're down!" Rayelle shouted, her eyes wide with fear.
Pika stood in front of Max and Rayelle, his gloves glowing with a powerful electric aura. "We have to fight this thing. Max, prepare your cannon. I'll draw the dragon to me."
Max nodded, materializing his arm cannon and shield, and taking a defensive stance in front of Rayelle. "You got it, Pika."
The dragon-like robot let out another roar and lunged at Pika, who was ready for it. He cast a lightning attack, sending a barrage of electric shocks at the beast. The dragon staggered but quickly regained its balance and continued its attack.
"Max, I need your help!" Pika yelled, barely dodging the beast's attacks.
Max nodded, and shot his canon at the enemy. The dragon who remained unscathed, turned toward Max and Rayelle.
"This thing is not supposed to be in this place!"said Rayelle in panic mode. "We are clearly outmatched."
Tiger and Hugh, who were a bit further and trying to recuperate, saw the futility of fighting. They had no chance to win, and they were going for certain death.
"I don't like what I'm about to say, but I see no other options." Tiger said in a shameful tone. "I think the two of us surviving is better than the five of us dying together."
Hugh, lowered his head in shame, almost tearing up. And the two of them ran away.
Back to the battle, Max and Pika were switching the focus of the beast from one to the other, trying to gain some time for Rayelle to find a weakness or something.
"I think we are delaying the inevitable." Said Rayelle. "I can't find anything."
"We lived as gamers, and now we die as gamers!" Said Pika who was out of breath.
And the trio found themselves standing in front of the machine, not able to move anymore. The dragon was readying a final attack.
"It was nice knowing you guys." Said Max. And the three friends held each other's hands, accepting their fate when suddenly the head of the robot was sliced off and sent flying. The dragon fell to the ground.
"I finally got you!" An unknown voice said. Then a silhouette appeared walking toward the trio. It was a person holding a big scythe.
"You're lucky. I came just in time." Said the guy while dematerializing his scythe.
The three protagonists were in a state of shock and stress. They did not process what just happened.
"Th-thank you!" Pika said in a trembling voice.
"Y-yes thank you!" Screamed Max and Rayelle who started to calm down.
"It was nothing." Replied the unknown guy. He seemed young and was wearing a jeans and a T-shirt. He seemed so ordinary, and he acted so ordinarily like it was nothing to just slice the head of a giant robot dragon with one hit.
"How may we address you?" Asked Rayelle, curious about the background of that guy.
"I'm Red. And you are?" Asked Red in a friendly voice.
The trio introduced themselves and told Red their story.
"I can take you to the tower if you want. That way you will be safe and I will not get bored of traveling alone." Said Red while realizing their hesitancy. "Don't be scared. Near the entrance, at this level in the tower, there is a magic school. I can take you there."
"A magic school?" Max asked in a skeptical tone.
"Yes. There, you will learn how to activate and use your aura and some other useful stuff. It will be crucial if you want to survive the tower." Red replied.
The trio accepted Red's proposal and continued their way to the tower.
Rayelle tried searching the web for information on Red, but she found nothing. "Who really are you? And where do you come from?" She asked.
"I am Red. I come from a different world. I am an adventurer traveling through the planes of the tower." Red replied. As he went on explaining about the tower and the journeys he has had, the team felt the passion for adventures and exploration. The somewhat traumatized trio were getting excited again.
"Wow, you've seen so many things!" Pika said, his eyes wide with wonder.
"Yes, I've seen things you wouldn't even believe." Red replied with a smirk.
The trio was amazed by the information Red was giving them. They felt like they were starting a new adventure, a journey that would lead them to places they never thought possible. They were filled with excitement and anticipation as they continued their journey to the entrance of the tower with Red by their side.
Our protagonists reached the entrance. The entrance to the Infinity Tower was a magnificent structure that exuded both power and mystery. It was a large, circular gateway with a massive metal door, with intricate engravings covering its entire surface. The door was guarded by a pair of armored guards, who nodded at Red as he led the team inside.
As they entered the tower, the team was in awe of its grandeur. The walls were made of a shiny metal that reflected the light in various colors. There were doors leading to various paths that spiraled up the tower. The path was guarded by a variety of creatures, some friendly while others hostile. The team walked along the path and explored the surroundings, taking in all the sights and sounds.
"This place is incredible!" Pika exclaimed. "I can't believe we're actually here!"
"Yeah, it's amazing. But we need to stay focused and keep our eyes peeled for any danger." Said Max.
After two days of travel, the team finally arrived at the magic school located in a small universe within the tower. The universe was filled with lush green trees, clear streams, and a serene atmosphere. The school was a massive building with tall columns and a large courtyard. It was surrounded by students practicing magic, sparring, and meditating.
"Wow! This place is amazing!" Said Max as he gazed at the beauty of the school.
"Yeah, it's like we are in a real life videogame." Said Pika.
The team was welcomed by the headmaster of the school, who gave them a tour and explained the curriculum. The school taught various forms of magic, including healing, defensive, and offensive magic. The students were trained to harness their aura and use it to enhance their abilities.
"This place is just amazing." Rayelle said as she gazed at the beauty of the school. "I can't wait to start learning magic."
Red said his farewells and told the team to level up and come search for him when they were strong enough.
"Goodbye, Red. We'll see you soon." Said Pika as he shook Red's hand.
"Take care and stay safe." Added Max.
"Thanks for everything, Red. We couldn't have made it this far without you." Said Rayelle.
Red smiled and said, "I'll be waiting for you in the tower. Until then, level up and become the strongest you can be."
The team watched as Red disappeared into the distance, leaving them to their studies and adventures in the magic school.
