The magic school had a rigorous program that aimed to train students to become powerful mages capable of exploring the Infinity Tower. The classes covered a wide range of topics, including aura manipulation, golem making, artifact refinement, alchemy, and much more.
The aura manipulation class was the cornerstone of the program, as every student had to study it as it was an essential skill. The students learned how to harness their own aura and channel it into different spells and abilities. They were taught how to sense and control their aura, how to use it for defense and offense, and how to harmonize with the environment.
The golem making class was one of the most popular among students who were interested in creating their own automatons. The students learned how to craft golems using magic, how to imbue them with their own aura, and how to program them to perform different tasks. Pika and Rayelle were both fascinated by the idea of creating their own golems, and they put in a lot of effort to master this specialty.
The alchemy class covered everything from the basics of mixing and brewing to the creation of advanced compounds.
The weapon making and artifact crafting specialty, was focused on creating powerful weapons and refining artifacts with magic. Max was interested in this specialty as he always loved big powerful weapons of mass destruction.
"I think weapon making and artifact crafting are the perfect combination for me." Max said to his friends, Pika and Rayelle. "I want to make powerful weapons that can help us on our journey in the tower."
"That's great, Max!" said Pika. "I have faith in your abilities. You'll make great weapons!"
"I'm glad you found what you're interested in," replied Rayelle. "I think golem making is going to be the most useful to me. We get to learn how to create robots using magic. It works well with my current set of skills."
"Yeah, I'm really looking forward to it," added Pika. "I've always loved robot making, and now I get to combine that with magic. It's going to be epic!"
Typically, students stayed at the university for up to three years before feeling ready to venture into the tower. During this time, they hone their skills and build their confidence, so that when they finally enter the tower, they are well-equipped to face the challenges ahead.
"Can you believe we're actually here?" Pika exclaimed as they walked through the halls of the magic school. "
"I know, right?" Max replied. "And to think, we started out as just a group of gamers. Now, we're gaming in real life!"
"Yeah, but we still have a long way to go," Pika added. "We need to keep training and leveling up if we want to survive the tower."
"That's for sure," Max said. "But with what we'll learned here, I have no doubt that we'll be able to make it to the top of the tower."
The first class the trio attended at the magic school was for Aura Manipulation, which was considered a core skill for all students. They entered the room and saw a figure standing in front of the class, her aura was emitting a bright light, she was wearing a dark blue robe and a hat with a feather. She was holding a staff that was shining with a magical aura. As they approached, they saw that her eyes were also shining with a bright light. She was a very powerful aura user.
The teacher introduced herself as Professor Adalyn, a master in Aura Manipulation and one of the most experienced aura users in the school. She had been teaching for more than 20 years and was considered a legendary aura user. Her reputation for being strict and demanding in her classes was known throughout the school, but she was also known for her ability to make her students the best aura users they could be.
"Good morning, students. Welcome to the Aura Manipulation class." Professor Adalyn said in a stern voice. "This is a very important class and I expect all of you to be attentive and focused."
The students nodded, and the trio felt nervous but also excited to learn from a master like Professor Adalyn.
"Aura Manipulation is the core skill that you will learn in this school. It is the foundation of all magic and the key to your survival in the tower." The professor continued. "You will learn how to control your aura, how to channel it into spells and how to use it in combat."
The class continued, and Professor Adalyn demonstrated how to activate and control their auras, and how to channel it into simple spells. The trio were amazed by the power of aura and how easily the professor was able to control it. They were eager to learn more and master their own auras.
Throughout the class, Professor Adalyn would give individual attention to each student and help them improve their skills. The trio were determined to learn as much as they could from the master and become the best aura users they could be. They knew that the next three years in the school would be the key to their success in the tower, and they were ready to work hard to achieve their goals.
The classes at the magic school were intense and challenging, but the students were determined to master their specialties. They worked hard every day, studying, practicing and experimenting with their magic. The professors at the school were experienced and knowledgeable, and they did their best to help the students succeed.
"I never knew magic could be so complex," said Max as he sat in one of his aura manipulation classes. "But I think I'm starting to get the hang of it."
"Me too," replied Pika. "Golem making is definitely not as easy as it looks, but I'm confident that we'll get there."
"Just remember to keep practicing," added Rayelle. "That's the key to getting better."
As the weeks went by, the students at the magic school grew stronger and more skilled. They made new friends, explored the small universe and learned more about the tower. They were eager to continue their journey, but they knew they had to level up first.
And so, they stayed at the magic school, honing their skills and preparing for what was to come. They were determined to become the best adventurers they could be, and they knew that the journey in the Infinity Tower would not be easy. But they were ready for the challenge.
The second semester at the magic school had finally arrived and with it, the students were about to witness the manifestation of their auras. This was an exciting and nerve-wracking moment for all of them as the aura was considered a representation of their strength and potential in magic. The students had spent the first semester learning the basics of aura manipulation, and now they were ready to see the results of their hard work.
"Good morning, students," said the aura manipulation teacher, Professor Adalyn. "Today, we will be focusing on the manifestation of your auras."
As Professor Adalyn spoke, the students could feel their nerves beginning to build. Some students had heard that manifestation could take up to the second year to occur and they didn't want to be left behind.
"Don't worry, everyone," said Professor Adalyn, sensing the students' nervousness. "This is a natural process and there is no need to rush. Just focus on your breathing and let your aura come to you."
The students closed their eyes and focused on their breathing and a small magic crystal that was given to them by the teacher to help with their aura manifestation. Slowly, they could feel a warm energy rising from within them. They opened their eyes and gasped at what they saw. Their auras had manifested and were floating around them in a brilliant display of light.
"Excellent work, everyone," said Professor Adalyn with a smile. "This is just the beginning. As you continue to develop your skills, your auras will become stronger and more defined."
The professor explained that an aura is usually formless and colorless at first, but with practice, it would gain shape and color based on the mage's affinity.
Rayelle had a hard time manifesting her aura. Despite her exceptional talent in golem making, she was struggling to use her aura effectively. Max, on the other hand, was able to manifest an aura that was better than average, which earned him compliments from Professor Adalyn.
Pika, however, was a true prodigy. He was able to manifest an aura that was leaning towards a yellowish-orange and that was already taking the shape of electricity. This was a truly remarkable feat, as it usually took mages at least two years of practice to reach this level. Professor Adalyn was amazed and couldn't believe what she was seeing.
Pika wasn't surprised, though. The first thing they learned in Aura 101 was that aura is a representation of a mage's will and desires, and for Pika, nicknamed "Pika Yellow", his desires were obvious. From a young age, he had always been drawn to electric things in video games and was drawn to yellow and orange colors. Even his hair was a bit electric in design.
"Pika, your aura is truly remarkable," said Professor Adalyn. "I have never seen someone manifest their aura with such strength and speed. You truly have a remarkable will and inner desire."
"Thank you, Professor Adalyn," Pika replied with a smile. "I have always known that my aura would be electric."
The students spent the rest of the day exploring their new auras, learning to control and shape them. They were amazed by the sheer power and potential that lay within them. They couldn't wait to see what they would achieve in the coming months and years.
The rest of the second semester was dedicated to aura training and manifestation. The students spent most of their days practicing, learning to control and manipulate their auras. They were taught to use their auras for a variety of tasks, from simple lighting to complex spellcasting. As the weeks went on, the students started to see their auras become more and more solid and colorful, taking shape and form as they grew stronger.
"Wow, Pika, your aura is already is a detailed electric bolt," said Rayelle, watching her friend's aura dance around him.
"Yeah, I guess it just comes naturally to me," replied Pika with a smile.
Max, who was working on refining his aura into a metallic sheen, spoke up, "I think we're all doing pretty well. I never thought I'd be able to control my aura like this."
"That's great to hear," said the teacher. "Remember, there is a competition at the end of the semester, it will be a showcase of your abilities and a way for you to demonstrate the progress you've made. So, keep practicing, and make sure you're ready for the big day."
Professor Adalyn's words served as a motivator for the students, who redoubled their efforts in training. They spent long hours each day perfecting their techniques, learning new techniques and trying to push their auras to the limits. As the competition drew near, the students grew more and more excited, eager to show off their newfound abilities.
