Important note! There is some mild mature content at the beginning of the episode! It wasn't enough that I felt like I needed to mark the episode mature, but if you prefer to skip that kind of content for any reason, you can begin a few paragraphs down, at the paragraph starting with "I drop the hand I..." You'll be all good, you won't miss anything important! <3
As always, please come back and throw down a comment for me, if you want to! :) It's my favorite thing hearing from you!
Sending extra heaps of love to you Danni and Jamie2211. Wishing safe, peaceful travels to those well-loved spirits as they move on, friend and father. <3 And hoping you feel much better soon, Dmitri Phoenix <3
I think Aiden was trying to find the original Guardian Tree to cut it down. He was in a very dark place and he hated himself and his duty. He was in pain, both emotionally and physically so I would understand if his mind went there. I don’t think he wanted to “die” per se…maybe he just wanted to attempt to get rid of that responsibility because the moment his self-destructive behaviors led him to a real bad place he got scared and thanks to Jamie he turned his life around. He was constantly running away from his life as a Guardian and the pain it caused him. He wanted everything to stop and now that I’m writing this I hope I’m wrong cause I’m gonna cry real hard when they have THAT talk.
Jamie, a softy who likes to grumble, is reeling from a stunning event in his small town. On top of everything else, his high school enemy Aiden Callahan is moving back home. The two haven't seen each other in years, but Jamie can tell that Aiden is keeping his own secrets - and that something about him is different.
