In the next match, of Pika Vs Eric, Pika emerged victorious. Max was completely dominated by Rena. And Blaze almost tied with Jax, but he had a slight edge and barely won.
We were at the final 4. Having Pika Vs Raven and Rena Vs Blaze.
The most awaited fight of the championship was between Pika and Raven, the two most talented students in the school. The arena was filled with excitement and anticipation, as both students were known for their unique auras.
As the fight began, Pika manifested his aura, a yellowish-orange electric energy that crackled and sparked around him. Raven's aura, on the other hand, was a deep and brooding darkness, with tendrils of black smoke that seemed to reach out and threaten anything in its way.
Pika and Raven faced each other, both determined to win. Raven was the first to attack, launching a barrage of dark energy at Pika. But Pika was quick, using his aura to shield himself and counterattack with bolts of lightning.
"Come on, Raven! Let's see what you've got!" Pika shouted, taunting his opponent.
Raven's eyes narrowed as he summoned a massive wave of darkness that engulfed Pika. But Pika was not easily intimidated. He summoned his own energy, and with a powerful burst of electricity, he shattered the darkness and sent Raven flying backwards.
"You're not the only one who knows how to fight, Raven!" Pika declared, as he continued to unleash his full power.
Raven's aura swirled and shifted, and he summoned a pair of dark blades, with which he launched a fierce attack on Pika. Pika countered with his own lightning strikes, but Raven was relentless, pushing Pika back with each strike.
"I've got to admit, Pika, you're a tough opponent," Raven growled, "But you're no match for the power of the shadows."
Pika grinned, "Don't count me out just yet, Raven. I've got a few tricks up my sleeve."
With that, Pika summoned his own golems, three small robots that could fly.
"Oh, so that's your secret weapon," Raven sneered, "You're relying on machines to win the fight for you. Pathetic."
Pika's grin only grew wider, "These are no ordinary machines, Raven. They are filled with my aura and I control them with my will."
The two young mages locked eyes, their auras flaring up as they prepared for the final showdown. The crowd held their breath, eager to see the outcome of this epic battle.
Pika's golems zoomed towards Raven, their tiny laser guns blazing. Raven was quick to react, summoning a wall of darkness to block their attack. The golems collided with the wall and exploded, raining debris all over the arena.
But Pika was not discouraged. He had more tricks up his sleeve. He summoned another golem, this one much larger than the others, it looked like a huge battery.
Raven's eyes widened in surprise, "What the hell is that thing?"
Pika cackled, "This, my friend, is the manifestation of my aura in its purest form. And with it, I am unstoppable!"
The massive golem charged supercharged Pika's aura. Pika was now the manifestation of thunder. He attacked with a lightning shock. Raven tried to dodge, but the attack was too fast, sending him flying across the arena.
Raven stumbled to his feet, looking dazed and disoriented. Pika took this opportunity to strike, summoning a massive bolt of lightning that slammed into Raven, sending him flying across the arena once again.
"You're not the only one with tricks up your sleeve, Pika," Raven growled, getting back up, "I've got a few tricks of my own."
With that, Raven summoned a horde of shadows, which swarmed towards Pika, trying to overwhelm him with their sheer numbers. But Pika was prepared. He summoned a barrier of electric energy that repelled the shadows, sending them flying back towards Raven.
The two young mages locked eyes once again, their auras flaring as they prepared for one final showdown. The arena was filled with the sounds of exploding machines, the sizzle of electricity, and the roar of shadows.
In the end, it was Pika who emerged victorious, his aura glowing with triumph as he stood over the defeated Raven. The crowd erupted into cheers, their applause echoing through the arena.
The final match was between Pika and Rena, who toyed with her opponent in the semi-finals. The audience was on the edge of their seats as both contestants were incredibly talented.
Pika started by summoning his golems, but Rena was ready for this. With a flick of her wrist, she sent a telepathic message to Pika, causing him to falter for a moment. "What was that?" Pika thought to himself, feeling a sudden headache.
Rena chuckled. "You thought I was just a pretty face? I have psychic powers, Pika. And I've been itching to use them."
Pika's golems were still flying, but he was struggling to control them. Rena's aura started to glow brighter and she lifted her hand, causing a psychic blast that threw the golems back.
Pika was stunned. He had never heard of a mage with psychic powers. He gritted his teeth and summoned more golems, this time, he summoned his main three golems.
Rena was unfazed. She raised both her hands and created a psychic shield, easily deflecting the golems' attacks. "You see, Pika," she said, "I'm not just good at charming people. I have a deep connection with the mind and the soul. And you can't fight that."
Pika didn't give up. He manifested his aura and created an electric storm that filled the arena with lightning. Rena's psychic shield held strong, but she was starting to look tired.
Suddenly, Pika had an idea. He concentrated his electricity into one powerful blast and aimed it at the ground beneath Rena's feet. The explosion threw her off balance and she stumbled. Pika took advantage of this and created one powerful, supercharged attack.
Rena quickly regained her composure and created a psychic barrier, but Pika's attack broke through it with ease. The thunder hit Rena square in the chest and she fell to the ground, unconscious.
The audience erupted in cheers as Pika was declared the winner. He had fought a tough battle against a powerful opponent, but in the end, he had emerged victorious.
Pika helped Rena to her feet and offered her his hand. "That was a great fight, Rena," he said. "You're a talented mage."
Rena smiled, "Thanks, Pika. You're not so bad yourself."
And with that, the first year's championship came to an end. The students cheered and celebrated their achievements, but they also knew that there was still much to learn and many more challenges to come.
