7:45 pm, as the birds were marching their way home, making one last appearance for the day. In the twilight sky, the loud siren of the police vehicles snapped the quiet of the evening in a heartbeat.

[ Inside the surveillance van ]

Analyst 1 : Sir two police vehicles are approaching the target's house.

Colonel : What! Police vehicles! ( Over walkie talkie ) All units alert! I repeat, all units alert! Police are approaching the target's vicinity, target might be planning something to throw a chaos and escape.

Staff Sergeant : ( Over walkie talkie)Copy that, squad, keep alert! target may try to escape.

Analyst 1 : Sir the police are out of their vehicles and approaching our agents who were blending in the area.

Colonel : ( Over the bluetooth ) All agents watching the target, listen carefully, the police are approaching you. Co-operate with them to your fullest. I repeat give them your full cooperation, target might be planning to escape by creating chaos, don't resist the police at all.

[ Near Asher's house there were three agents one disguised as an electrician on top of an electric pole, an old man walking his dog and one smoking inside his car that was parked nearby ]

The police called all three of them and then making them face the wall started interrogating them.

Police Officer 1 : You three, there has been reports from the residents of this area about suspicious people roaming the vicinity.

Old Man : Officer, I'm just a common man passing by here while walking my little Toby.

Electrician : That's right officer and if I don't finish my work quickly the residents here won't be able to get signals for their TVs and my job....

As he was half way through his sentence, all of a sudden the street lights and every other light in the locality went off. The darkness devoured the area in a moment's notice.

The police shouted with their guns aimed at those three," Put your hands behind your back!"

Startled by the sudden blackout and following their orders, they did as the police said. While arresting them, the police kept saying, " You think the police are circus clowns, we are fools dressed in uniforms who keep a gun and a badge just for show. What? You thought we won't be able to figure out that your partners caused the blackout and in the dark you will steal around like free birds..."

[ Inside the surveillance van, moments before the blackout ]

Colonel : Why wasn't I informed that the target has called the police?

Analyst 1 : Sir it wasn't the target, we are tapping his cell 24/7.

Colonel : Then was it really just a coincidence that some local reported our men!

[ The sudden blackout ]

Colonel : What's happening now?

Analyst 1 : Sir it's a area wide blackout.

Colonel : All units! block all exits, I repeat block all exits and do not leave your positions.

Lieutenant! ready the squad, we are raiding the moment the police leaves the area, do not engage with the police. 

First Lieutenant : Team ready for action sir, waiting your command.

After arresting those three agents the police cars headed towards their headquarters. No sooner had the police withdrawn from the vicinity, than the team led by the First Lieutenant broke in Asher's house.

They smashed every door, searched every corner but Asher was nowhere to be found. It was as if he turned into dust and vanished into thin air. All that they were able to find, was nothing but a middle-aged man lying unconscious beside the front door, wearing nothing but the boxers.

First Lieutenant ( over bluetooth) : Sir, the target seems to have escaped from his house.

Colonel : What! God damn it! ( over the walkie talkie) The target has escaped, I repeat the target has escaped, all units get ready, block all exits and prepare for any and every situation. We need to capture the target at all costs, we can't let him escape, he is the only lead we have on the package.

Staff Sergeant : Copy that, sir!

First Lieutenant : Sir, we found an unknown man lying naked near the front door, he's still alive, just unconscious.

Colonel : Apprehend him and bring him to the van, also send me a picture, we should look him up in our database. Order the rest to search the house thoroughly, they must not leave a single corner.

Clicking a picture of the unconscious person and sending it to the colonel, the lieutenant ordered the rest of the team to search the house and the surroundings thoroughly before leaving with two men carrying the unconscious person towards the surveillance van.

[ Inside the surveillance van ]

Colonel : Have you found yet, who called the police?

Analyst 2 : Yes sir, but it wasn't the target, neither was it the Ryuzaki guy but an actual local resident of this area, an old widowed lady named Mrs Olivia Brown.

Colonel : Ooh! here's the picture of that guy, I am sending it to you, find me who this is.

Analyst 1 : On it, sir.

The lieutenant with the unconscious person entered the van.

First Lieutenant : Any update on the target sir?

Colonel : No, still nothing. How did that damn guy even escape in front of all our surveillance. None of us saw a single thing? How is that even possible? Did he just vanish into thin air or magically teleport from this place?

Analyst 1 : Sorry sir, it's empty, there's nothing on this man in our database. It seems he is just some commoner or someone who is new to this game that we have no records of.

Analyst 2 : Sir it seems I've seen this man somewhere before but I can't remember at the moment.

Colonel : Then tear up you brain if you have to but try to remember who this is, lieutenant take him ( buzz.... buzz... the colonel's phone started vibrating ), to the interrogation chamber and wake him up, I will be there in a minute.

First Lieutenant : Yes sir.

Colonel : ( after receiving his call over the bluetooth ) Hello!

Ben : Colonel sir, it's me Benjamin.

Colonel : Yes Ben tell me, what is it?

Ben : Sir have you caught the target yet?

Colonel : No, it seems he escaped from his house, but we are on it, why? Is something wrong?

Ben : Yes sir it is, it seems something is seriously wrong, yesterday after the target fled from the lieutenant, he was attacked at nearly 1:30 am.

Colonel : What! He was? Do you know who was behind that?

Ben : Yes I know, and that is the problem, it was the Blue Rose. 

Colonel : What? The International Contract Agency that is responsible for the most elite hits over the past few decades, that Blue Rose? Do you know who exactly was the attacker?

Ben : Yes sir that Blue Rose, but what's more surprising is that the one who took the shot was actually Devil's Eye and I'm a 100 percent sure on that.

Colonel : No, it can't be! It was actually her! the rumoured Hand Of Death, how is he even alive after a shot from her!

Ben : Well sir, intel has it that the hit was a failure, as to how, we have no idea.

Colonel : Well if it's her, then we have a real problem in our hands, we need to know who the client is at all costs since affording her is something that even some countries can't accomplish.

Ben : Sir I am already on it.

Colonel : We need to retrieve the package at all costs and for that we need the target alive...

First Lieutenant : Sir he is awake.
