The girls finished breakfast and gathered their things. Such as phones or any accessories that may have been scattered leading up to the bed. They both head out the door of the room, Ella being the gentlewoman she is, lets Blair go first. Blair blushes and walks swiftly in front of Ella. They walk hand in hand til they make it to the top of the stairs.

They look at each other with awkward expressions. "You should go first." They both say.

Blair says," You should go since you held the door open for me and you allowed me to go first."

"That may be true but I would rather you be in front of me so I can always see you," Ella says.

"Wow..." Landon says standing leaning over the railing at the bottom of the staircase. "Could you two be any more lovey-dovey in the morning, especially after last night... like jeez leave some for the rest of us and come down the stairs."

They both tread down the stairs in embarrassment.

Blair walks over and lightly punches Landon in the arm, "Your mean." With her cheeks lightly puffed up and pink.

Landon replies, "Well only in a good way for you because I love ya, hun." Smirking with all proudly.

Blair smiles, "I'm going to the bathroom before I...no we leave, uh..ya." She rushes off to the bathroom.

Now Ella and Landon are left alone, all awkwardly not knowing what to do or even say at this point. Since their buffer just left. Silence is a fickle bitch, between the still passed-out partygoers and the chirping birds outside; surprisingly, Landon isn't annoying right now.  Knowing this isn't his typical Landon behavior. He must be tried.

Ella speaks up, "I...I didn't know what you meant by, 'Come to my party if you have the guts', I know what you mean now...um thank you." As she turns her head away blushing with what little pride she has left.

"I got tired of nothing happening for sooooo long and I wanted to help my best friend, you would understand if you were in my fabulous heels," Landon says.

"Your welcome...just take care of her and don't hurt her, she's my..."

"I know she's your best friend." Ella interrupts Landon mid-sentence.

"Yes, even so, she is still my little sister, obviously not by blood, but I still would do everything to protect her since she's still my family...since life for both of us is tricky we confide in one another...I hope you can be another person she does so in." Landon says while smiling warmheartedly.

"I'll promise and for you as well," Ella utters.

Just as Ella and Landon were getting all mushy with one another, Blair returns from the bathroom. Landon grins and pats Ella on the head and walks toward the front. Landon opens the door and Ella walks out but Blair hesitates.

Landon looks at Blair and says, "What's wrong?"

"No..." Blair says in a low voice. "Thank you..." Blair says, then at this point her natural start of red in a low whispering tone.

Before Landon could say anything Blair scurried off to Ella standing over by her car. Landon yells "SEE YOU LATER YOU CRAZY KIDS, " Landon says smirking in the doorway.

Blair&Ella get in the car and put on their seatbelts because safety is always first getting when in the car and second is rockin' tunes. Ella turns the car on by pushing a button since it's electric and they begin their drive on the road. A short time passes while driving while watching cars pass with epic anime music and the windows open hearing the wind whistle.

Finally, they reach Blair's street, and right before Ella speaks Blair says, "My parents are old fashioned and prefer the old ways, you know like a man and a woman; I...just if something happens I'm sorry ahead of time." That's when Blair's foot begins to aggressively tap on the floor of the car. 

As if something is coming.

"Well..." Ella gulps.

"If they can't accept you and they accept this relationship...go up the stairs and pack a bag and I'll wait for you, then I'll take you back to Landon's or...I can take you to my place." Ella proclaimed. "If that's what you want to do and if not I'll be by your side no matter what, K," Ella says reassuringly.

"I...thank you, whatever happens, I'll probably be in a panic-like state anyways so you being there will help out a lot," Blair says.

They then make it to Blair's house and Ella parks in front of her home. The car gets turned off in which they both look at each other with big deep breaths in and out. They both get out of the car, ready for the worst to come. They walk up the path of stepping stones through the grass up to the door. Blair takes out her house key and unlocks the door.

They both enter the house, a voice calls from the den, "BLAIR IS THAT YOU..."

They walk towards the voice calling out to them."Yes, it's me." She says walking into the den room to her parents.

"Can I ask who is standing next to you?" Blairs' Father says in a condescending tone.

"Oh, um her, she's...Ella, I mean this is Ella." Blair awkwardly says trying to get the words out.

"Just Ella. Or is there more?" Blair's Father says.

"More? What are you saying?.. Ha.ha.hah," Blair says, sweating nervously and laughing through this painfully awkward moment.

The room goes silent for a moment.

Ella leans over to Blair and Whispers in her ear, "You don't have to do this, you can wait or just prepare better til you're ready." Litely smiling towards her with a head tilt.

Then she looks at Ella feeling a sense of comfort and confidence. Knowing that if she doesn't do this now she'll probably be stuck in this straight-laced manner constructed by her parents. 

Blair looks up and stares her father right in the eyes then proudly says, "This isn't just Ella, Ella is an amazing, sporty, dorky, and awkward lovely girl...that I have loved for the longest time..." Blair proudly Exclaimed to her parents.

Ella is proud of her girl for gaining confidence, neither of them expected what's about to happen was ever gonna happen. Blair's Mother watching this conversation from the couch gets up and stands in front of them expecting to be chased out or yelled at. No.even.close. She raises her hand and slaps Blair, then Ella catches Blair in her arms. Both fall to the ground and once they hit shock overwhelms each other. Blair more than Ella, as she's trembling in fear with tears subtly dripping down her face as Ella holds her.

"Disgusting. I didn't raise my daughter to be a Homo or one of them. You should know better, I, we raised you better than this and if she's to blame, you will turn back to what's right by the hand of god." Blair's Mother exclaimed to her daughter.

"And to you who have ruined my daughter, get out of my house, you are a sin upon God's good Earth so leave my house before I call the cops." She once again exclaimed as her husband stood by her side judging, standing by each word she said.

Ella stands up from the ground, whilst trying to hold up Blair from the floor as well. Blair was still shaking, one side of her face all red from being hit, and because her skin is so pale it was bruising quite quickly.

Ella, shocked beyond belief at the situation, says, "I'll leave but Blair is coming with me and there is nothing you can do about that because this is who Blair is...saying such words will never  change someone's sexuality since it's not a personality trait, it is an inner feeling that you can never get rid of since that's the person core being, it's...impossible."

"Even more so I don't like your personality and it's tough to change from being a total bitch with her sidekick dick, but sometimes things just stay the same as sexuality." Ella proudly says.

Both Blair's parents gasp in utter bewilderment and before they could even say something to rebuttal the conversation Ella turned away with a Landon signature hair flip.

"Don't worry we'll leave after Blair collects some of her things and we'll be out of your lovely home," Ella says with a grin.

Blair runs upstairs and packs a couple of bags of things. She comes back down the stairs handing Ella a couple of bags. Nodding off to the dreadful and hellish parents, Blair sets the key down on the end table and runs to the car. Ella proceeds to flip the bird as they stand in their yard.

"I know your face hurts, we'll get you some ice, but you will be okay now...I mean you have people that care about you that are truly better than those people. I don't know how you would call them parents, you're safe now and that is what matters the most to me, now we are stuck together which is even better." Ella proclaims.

"I don't know what I would have done without you, they probably would have sent me to camp or something, now that I'm here sitting with you driving away...I...I feel free like I broke the chains holding my wings down. Now I can learn to properly be myself and with you no less...if...um, you will have me?" Blair says.

"I wouldn't have stayed by your side if I didn't love you. Now let's go back home, well you're new, which is my place. My parents will be delighted to finally meet you and my siblings' bet will finally end." Ella says.

They drive down the street with leaves falling from the wind. The song "A Careless Whisper" plays as they move. Windows down the wind flowing through their hair. A Woo-Hoo echoed through the street and vanished just as they turned the corner.

Landon PSA- Final Words

It seems the story has come to a dreadful end, but at the horrible cost of pain and suffering, one must live through to achieve one's love. I truly wished they were better off or secretly disappeared so they could get a free house and money, but cops always suspect the daughters' best friends so I can't do that. Well, I'm still glad I played naughty cupid. I was able to get my friend the rightful love she deserved, much deserved after so many years of suffering in the closet. It was so hard being purely straight around them... I mean I figured they knew something was up, but I always tried to play it off as a joke so as not to get Blair in trouble. I know it's bad to fake who you are, but I wanted to protect my best friend/little sister who has the right to choose when to come out.
