She saw a tall lean figure peak out the window trying to find what she was looking at. The figure turned made eye contact with Dawn for 1 minute, she scanned the figure she had long brown hair with white fades, and purple eyes like Amythest.
“Hey Lavander,” Dawn spoke in a subtle tone with a sigh
“Hi, what are you looking at?” Lavander spoke in an upbeat and energetic tone.
“Oh, um just watching the trees,” She spoke with the suspicious tone
“Mmm hmmm, then why are you looking at that tenth grader?”
Dawn stopped and looked to the other way to avoid making eye contact with Lavander.
“Dawn, you need to stop falling in love so easily,” Lavander said with a sympathetic tone.
“I know but look at him and dirty blonde hair, and dreamy amber eyes” she sighed
Lavander rolled her eyes and turned back around to the front of the classroom. After what felt like hours the bell rang. Dawn picked up her backpack and left the classroom. As she walked along the halls towards her locker, she bumped into someone.
“Sorry, I wasn’t looking where I was going,” she said in a heartbeat.
As she looked up, she saw the same hot tenth grader right in front of her.
“It is fine,” she said in a deep tone, “Are you alright,”
“Y-Yeah,” she murmured looking up at him, “What’s your name?”
“Axel, yours?” he replied
“Dawn,” she said smiling
“Well nice to meet you Dawn,” he said as he walked away
Dawn melted on the inside. I can’t believe I got to talk to him. She brushed herself off and went on with her day which seemed to drag on forever. As the school day ended, she went and caught the bus through the city stopping at Glimmerbucks on the way home to grab an iced Oreo latte. After she payed, she went to the forest she heard the same voice but this time it was louder.
She looked around and screamed, “whose there,”
She got no reply, worried she ran to the cottage slamming the door shut behind her.
“Mum are you home?” she yelled
She sighed with no answer. She must be at work. Dawn yawned as she made herself a slice of toast. She took out her phone and messaged one of her friends, Daisy. They texted for an hour till she heard a knock on her door.
“Mum you home?” she called but no answer
Scared, she got up to check who it was but there was no one out there.
