Chapter 2 The Society of Wolves
On the very next day, Rahel was still inside her wardrobe.
“I don’t want to go to school.” Said Rahel.
“It’s understandable.” Said the lamb head.
“Do you think it’s my problem?” Said Rahel.
“Not really. It’s a society of wolves and we are sheep. We, as the sheep, should-” Before the lamb head could finish talking, Rahel’s dad dragged her out of the wardrobe.
“Why are you still here? It’s time for school! I have no time for this bullshit. Now get your ass down and get in the car.” Yelled the father.
Rahel packed up quickly and put the lamb head in the backpack too. At school, no one liked her, even when she would do nothing, there was always someone who would pick on her. That day, they made her trip and kicked her on the ground like an unwanted street dog. Her backpack was flipped and the lamp head rolled out by her side.
“The rule of the society of wolves is simple. It is to eat or to be eaten.” Said the lamb head.
“Then why should I be eaten? Why do only the wolves get to eat the sheep!” Asked Rahel in fury and sadness.
“Well, I did not say who eats who.” Said the lamb head.
