There is no justifying or excusing what he did when he had powers. He was an absolute, irredeemable jerk......but. in real life, there are times that, as imperfect humans, we do things that make us feel irredeemable. And it can be nice to read this story and have the hope that if this guy can change, maybe we can too. Maybe we're all more redeemable than we think.
Born with the ability to change people’s moods, Lee Boknam was used to getting whatever he wanted. But when he inexplicably loses his powers at age 29, his flawless, comfortable life is turned upside down. The only clue is a mysterious letter from a woman named So Nagi. Desperate for answers, he tracks down Nagi in a rural town, where he learns that to prevent an early death, he must live an ordinary life. Now completely powerless, can Boknam adjust to life in the real world?
