Have you ever wondered, what it's like being an assassin?

Being a person who kills for a living. Well, a real assassin never kills for a living, instead he lives just for killing.

If you ever happen to join that circle, you may often come to hear how the first one is the hardest or something like that.

But it may not always be that way for everyone. For some people, it might just start as an accident.

Let's take Loralai for example.

When she was around nine this incident happened. 

On that day, school started just like any other. During the break time, a girl came and asked a classmate of her's to come to the old school building with her.

Why you ask?

Well that's cause just yesterday the results were out. No, no, that's not why. Actually, let's go back some more. It was the day of the exam.

Like any other exam, it was no exception. Some came prepared, some didn't. On that day, a student, hiding her presence well from the teacher's sharp gaze, was busy looking at the crib sheets that she  had prepared last night with a lot of effort.

Everything was going as planned, when out of the blue the girl sitting in front of her turned around and asked with a piece of sheet in her hand," It's yours, right."

She was so engrossed in looking at the crib sheet that she even forgot to notice her own answer sheet blown away by the wind.

" What! What's mine?", she replied in a startled voice.

" And I hope these are yours too, since you are focusing on them so deeply.", a penetrating voice came from beside her.

She turned her head slightly only to find a raging demon emitting fire from her eyes in the disguise of her invigilator.

After that, well everybody knows what happens. Her paper got cancelled and she failed the exam. But it was still alright until the day of the result distribution came.

Because when she came in terms with the fact that while she failed the exam, the girl sitting in front of her actually aced it, the pain and anger that she was actually trying to suppress from the day of the exam became unbearable.

There was no other remedy to it but revenge.

It was on the fourth floor. The doors of the class rooms were rusty,  filled with cobwebs.

But the corridors were well lit with the bright sunlight coming from the  windows along the hallway.

Before calling her to the old building she already put two of her friends in standby.

As she was leading the way, the girl following her, unbeknownst of her upcoming dismay, was trying her best to open her lunch box.

Finally, with all her might, she opened the box at last. A boiled egg poped out of the box due to the jerking caused while opening the box.

Jumping out of the box, it swiftly rolled to place itself perfectly on a position that was about to be stepped on by the girl, who was leading the way.

As she was about to turn on the corner, she saw her two underlings wait for her.

 Seeing them she tried to make some gesture, but all at once felt a squishy sensation as she stepped on the boiled egg.

In a flash, she glided and crashed on the window near the corner. The glass on the window couldn't bear the force and broke instantly.

She fell out of the window along with the glass pieces. 

Witnessing her fall, Loralai immediately rushed towards the scene. The two from the otherside dashed near the window too.

Pausing near the window, as they looked, a desperate figure of a falling girl who was hopelessly screaming came into view.

Watching her fall and seeing her face as she was trying her best to grab the air itself, Loralai felt an awkward feeling inside her mind.

This was the beginning.

The next one. Well, that was just a simple misplacement. But it had quite the impact.

After the divorce, she lived with her mother in an apartment.

It was a little cramped and shabby, but that was the only one she could afford with her salary of a mall manager.

Cause of the lack of space in her own room Loralai often used her mother's bedroom whenever her friends came over.

On that day, she was having a joint study session with her friends. Loralai was quite the brainiac during her student years. So her classmates always went to study with her.

Well, there was nothing wrong upto that moment. But the only problem was, when they left that day, they forgot to notice something that was left lying on the bed.

It was during 10:15 PM or so. Loralai was lying half asleep in her bed. 

Her mother came along with her boyfriend. Noticing that Lora wasn't around, she whispered in his ears in a honeyed voice," Honey, why don't you stay here for the night?"

She was going to continue with her sentence but the man grabbed the back of her neck and started kissing her wildly.

They entered the bedroom undressing each other while their tongues melted in the alternative's mouth. Repeling him with some force she pushed him on the bed. As she was about to jump on him,"Ahhh!", a scream of pain and agony came from the man's mouth.

Bewildered by the sound he made, she immediately turned the lights. 

The moment she turned around to look at him, she screamed her hearts out with the mixed expression of surprise and fear.

After the study session was over, they overlooked a divider lying on the bed. When she pushed him on the bed, the divider bounced off along with him. And as he bounced back applying a little force by himself, trying to make himself comfortable, the divider forced its way into his neck.

Watching the blood fountaining out of his neck drenching both the bed and the floor in dark red, she fell back in shock and anxiety.

Hearing the commotion Lora rushed to her mother's room, only to find her mom's boyfriend lying on the bed with a divider stuck to his carotid artery and blood spraying out of his neck.

By the time the ambulance arrived, it was too late. 

The police arrested her mother in suspicion of the murder and it was all over just like that. Her mother didn't have money to appoint a lawyer to represent her, so she ended up in jail.

But Loralai could forget what she felt looking at the man's face as he was dying. It was the same feeling that she once felt while looking at her falling classmate.

She didn't knew what it was but it felt great.

It was as if she accidentally went into a mixer with her friends but ended up finding her true love there.

After that, it wasn't very long before she joined the Blue Rose. 

In her first assignment, she duct taped a claustrophobic man inside his own closet and and put a camera inside to watch the man have a heart attack as he felt extreme fear and psychological trauma.

It was a sensation that she had forgotten over the years of assassinating countless people.

While chasing the gps signal, she felt it again, after all this time, as she thought of the face Asher would make while he dies.
