On the other side, Elisa put painstaking efforts on her cutting skills. She continued to cut the carrots and white radishes to discover if those vegetables could be cut into one millimeter by her. Her mind wandered on the pursuit of finer carrots and radishes, gradually she forgot the lapse of time after trying again and over again on cutting those vegetables. Regardless of this, she still didn’t reach her expectation. She wanted to continue but her wrist was already senseless. She had not other choices but to put down her knife. She felt that all her strengths had gone, even so she still tried to put carrots and white radishes that she cut into the refrigerator. Her back was aching due to the long-standing hours, fortunately, she managed to wash both knife and green rectangle cutting board. She stepped into her own room on the third floor, after cleaning her face and brushing her teeth quickly, she laid down on her bed without any strengths left, and she fell asleep sonorously and deeply. At this hour, the cat Transformer on the mat in Elisa’s room had been asleep for a long time.
At six o’clock in the morning, Elisa’s alarm clock vibrated at the highest volume as always.
The dim morning sunlight reflected itself on the window of Elisa’s room and penetrated through her room to bring a warm and cozy temperature.
The cat Transformer opened his eyes and leaped onto Elisa’s bed, meowing continuously. Elisa had always thought that the same meowing sound meant to wake her up, but Transformer had actually been pleading her to turn off the alarm clock every single day, as it was extremely noisy for him to bear.
Elisa put on her school uniform somewhat unanimated, glanced at her phone and turned all the continuous alarm clock off. Subsequently, she brushed her teeth in a hurry, then she ran down to the kitchen on the first floor. She took out two cube wholegrain breads and chewed them, then she drank a glass of warm water. Next, she put the cat Transformer who ran down with her into her bag. Then, she hurried in a rapid pace to run to the bus stop 205. “There will be only ten minutes left before the start of class.” Elisa whispered to the cat Transformer, who showed half of his head in her bag.
“Still, we are lucky this day. If we walk to the auditorium with our maximum speed, we should have five minutes to find a seat to sit down. If we have any records of arriving late to those classes, we are already on the verge of disqualification of cooking class. In sequence, the passing score will be even more vulnerable.” Elisa stared at Transformer and muttered in a melancholy voice.
When a cyan bus stopped at 205 station, Elisa picked up her bag again and stepped on the bus. After sliding her student bus card on the machine, she sat in the empty front row near the window. As she had expected, the bus arrived at the school at 6:50 am. Elisa picked up her bag in a rush and stepped out of the bus. After she logged into the computer at the school front door with her student card, she hastened to the auditorium to find a seat in the middle position. Fortunately, the seat was still empty and she got to sit down.
