I brush out the tangles in my wet chestnut colored hair. My roots were were turning blacker and blacker as the days went on. My gray eyes were watching myself in the mirror as I looked at the bags under my eyes.
I haven't had a good sleep in a month. I sigh as I brush out the last few naps in my hair. I walked out feeling more fresh than I had been feeling this very morning.
I dragged myself to my wardrobe to pick out an outfit. Today was one of those days. Not wanting to get out of bed, not wanting to do anything. I mean, I had a hangover from last night. I play with the sides of my Victoria Secrets scarlet red panties, my eyes looking at each pattern of the jeans.
I huffed, like I seem to always do, as I took a pair of dark blue ripped jeans and I hung a white Simply Southern hoodie. I grab my black converse sneakers and my single key on my key ring.
I start to smile at the memory of when I used to have so many unnecessary things on my key ring.

-Flash Back-
When I woke up, the day of my 18th birthday, my body dragged me out of bed to the kitchen as my stomach rumbled. I look at the long table with 8 seats for only 3 people to see a black Gordon Murray key on it. I smile but it soon faded with a peak of the card that sat under the key.
"Here is the key to your new car. Your mother and I are away for the month.
My heart crumpled as there was no 'Happy Birthday' or 'Love you' on the note. I mean, what did I expect out of my parents?
I rolled my eyes as a smirk formed on my face. I quickly ran back up the stairs. I slip on my red patterned skirt with a black tank top, adding a cropped leather jacket onto.
I quickly put on my black combat boots and ran back down the stairs. I grabbed my keys and I was off. My smirk grew as I touched the leather in the car.
I slip the key into the car and flick it. The engine started running and the car lights turned on. I pressed my foot on the gas pedal while it was in park to hear the beautiful noises.
I waited for my new car to heat up and I drove out of my lot. I steer the wheel, going about 60 Mph at 7:00 am. I knew exactly where I was planning on going.
I slam my car door as I make it to a beautiful cream colored house with a white picket fence. I open the fence door and knock on the chestnut colored door. "LET ME IN ZAYNN!" I hollered.
The door opened about a few minutes later to be met with caramel eyes. Zaynn stood in front of me with sleepy eyes. It looked like he was in the middle of changing and dozed off. He had dark blue jeans on with low top black vans without a shirt.
"What happened to you? Feel outta tree?" I snickered with faint red on my cheeks. He smiled, his one dimple showing, "How'd you ever get here" He said.
"HOW THE F*CK WERE YOU ABLE TO GET THIS?!" He screeched, ever so loudly.
"You know my parents" I roll my eyes twirling my keys around my pointer finger, sitting on his couch while he moves the curtains to get a glance at my car. His smile grew. He closed the curtains and jumped off his couch.
"Oh yeah~, guess what Lydia?" He smirked, going under the table. "What" I questioned.
"I got you a birthday gift"
"No really...I thought you got me a nude pillow for easter"
"Wow, how'd you know?" He snickered. He pulled out a box and sat beside me. "Here you go, Pig" He beamed. I grab the box, unlacing the horrible ribbon on the box that he probably made himself, and open the lid. It was a key chain with a bear.
The brown bear on the key chain had a shirt that said "Don't do anything Illegal without me A**hole".
I twinkled as I looked at him. My first key chain for my key ring.
-
Soon after that, anytime he saw a cute or funny keychain, he would always buy it and surprise me with it. "Bro...Dude...This is like the fifteenth key chain you got me!" I snickered as I held up my key ring that was filled with a bunch of key rings but only one key.
- End of flashback -
I smiled but that smile faded while I remembered what we turned to now...
We are nothing now...
