Our journey now takes us to a space habitat just outside of the inner belt of our solar system. This station, called "The racecourse," is a scientific research station populated by a bizzare, cuddly species of hyper intellegent canines called "Cosmo-dogs." These friendly canine's resemble three main types of dog found on planet Terra, also known as Earth. The most common resemblance found is that of labrador dogs. Colours range from black, to brown to even some having a slightly pinkish coat. The second most common look is that of the German Shepard dog, these are often the more aggressive dogs, who are found often roaming the inner belt testing various sets of weaponry on asteroids. The last and more rare type of dog are the fiercly loyal yet mischevious Miniature Pinscher. These tiny fiends are the most intellegent when it comes to electronics and other digtial devices. All together the average Intelligance quotient is 132 points, much higher than the human average of 100. Of course this data might be skewed with the cosmo-dog population not reaching anywhere near that of humanity. 

The bizzareness of these super smart sniffers does not end there. Cosmo-dogs possess some of the most sophisticated psychic abilities of any species in the universe. Some of the most potent abilities are able to use telekinesis, able to manipulate their environment. These rare Cosmo-dogs comprise a small sub-group called Star reachers, who comprise only 2% of the Cosmo-dog population. This ability comes in very useful considering as they do not possess the hands which other species may have, their chronic lack of thumbs has forced the need for technological exploitation. Most often the Cosmo-dogs resembeling Miniature Pinschers can be seen adorning robotic rigs which allow them to convert their four-legged stature into a bipedal one with many magnitudes the strength. This technological prowess has created another sub-group of Cosmo-dogs called Technohounds. These are the more extreme groups who value technology so highly that they see it as an extention of themselves with some even seeing them as divine objects.

The biology of a Cosmo-dog is quiet similar to a regular canine, except for their exceptionally large brain's which seem to have similar structures and levels of complexity to that of a human's. Cosmo-dogs are unable to speak as they do not have vocal cords. Their method of communication is through telepathy and head gestures. When it comes to communicating with other species, Cosmo-dogs often beam information directly into the brain of whom they are communicating with, which is translated by a universal translator chip often implanted into the Cosmo-dogs neck. This has lead to very cordial and even peaceful relations with all species who do not see the Cosmo-dogs as an aggressive species. The only exception being the horde, who hunted all forms of life in the galaxy. The Cosmo-dogs have fallen under the protection of the United Terran Colonies and are vital in the technological race to cracking the secret behind a singularity engine and better matrix drives.

Cosmo-dogs are some of the most peaceful, friendly and curious creatures of the universe. Their great intelligance and warm attitude towards other life makes them the perfect candidate for being the galaxies most friendly life form.
