A gigantic tree forest covers the horizon, and above it, a moon so big you could think its a mountain.
The landscape is a wavy plain with very tall trees that are spread away from each other, yet their wide canopies cover the whole forest in a soothing shadow.
There is a thin fog on the further side of the forest, it seeps lightly covering the ground.
Without any noise, a powerful light beam blasts up from the ground in a small clearing. And as it quickly fades everything goes back to being still, except, far into the darker forest, where you can see some treetops moving.
The light beam made a cylinder shaped hole in the ground, so big you could put a bus in it, but not deep enough you couldn’t see the bottom.
And down there,
you can se someone,
awakening.
A pearly pale figure is folded onto itself
The white curly hair covers her eyes and a pearly engraved horn comes up of her forehead splitting in two reminding of a crescent moon.
She shivers a bit, and as it wakes up it slowly tries to gather the world around her
" Where am I?… what is this? " She says as she looks at her delicate hands and knees and hugs herself. It's a bit cold.
She looks around to see she’s at the bottom of a hole that is perfectly shaped like a cylinder
Its a bit too deep to see the ground above but is just big enough to see that there's a tall tree canopy above.
A small rumbling is felt.
And suddendly from the top, small red fluffy creatures start pouring in jumping onto one another
"Oh no!" She says
The creatures are flat like a pancake, and pile unto each other as they fall down the hole.
"Agh! Wait!" The girl says afraid, and extends a hand to stop them from getting too close, but they seem to not notice her and just start covering her.
The ground shakes slightly, all the creatures in unison look at the top of the hole and then quickly lay flat closing their eyes and changing color, making the creature pile look like a mound of grass.
A big creature is heard moving on top, rumbling. They hear the giant trees creaking giving it way.
"Ohhh what is that?" She says trembling as she looks up, but her voice alerts the fuzzy creatures that open their eyes turning into their red fuzzy selves again. Quickly they jump on her head and change color, making everyone look like a grass mound again.
She is terrified, and wonders what are these little creatures doing? But one of them is on top of her knees, and she can see has a scared look in its eyes. "Are you afraid too?" The girl whispers
A shadow is casted above the hole, what it seems like a gigantic creature is passing by; slowly, as if trying to look for something, but quickly as if it not knowing where in the immense forest it could be.
Moments after the giant shadow leaves, the small fluffy creatures all open their eyes again, turning into their initial red color, they are all looking up. The girl understands they went into the hole to hide, and protected her as they saw her as one of them.
"What was that?"she says with a trembling voice.
The little creatures start moving leaving her as they seem ready to go back out of the hole
The little one at her knees looks at her "Thank you?" She says to the blinky creature that jumps and starts leaving. She sees all this movement and asks "Who are you?" and as she looks at her hands she says "Who am I?"
"Who?"
"I am ..."
"Who? "
The creatures move quickly, when they reach the hole's wall they start foaming up and use the foam to create a surface to climb onto. They all work together as they climb out of the hole. One they reach the top, they give a good look around to see the area is clear, and then they rush to the nearest trees.
Who is marveled at seeing them move so quickly. She gets in her hands and knees and tries to stand up, almost falling but holds herself against the wall.
Who looks at herself and then touches her face, she grabs her hair to see silver and pearl curly locks, and then touching her forehead she finds a horn like thing that comes up and opens onto what it should be a crescent moon.
" Wait… " she says intrigued "
" No clothes, and a wand coming out of my head ?"
…
" Oh No! I’m a dang teletobbie!! Noooooooo! " She yells but quickly covers her mouth as it remembers the menacing creature prowling by.
Who hugs herself and goes to the wall the creatures just climbed out
" It feels like cotton candy " she says while grabbing the foam the creatures left behind
" A cotton candy spiderweb! Maybe it can hold me while I get out of here"
Who gives a couple tugs to the material and it starts climbing up
" Don’t look down, don’t look down "
She starts seeing the surroundings as her head pokes out of the hole. She puts one arm on the ground holding herself
" Whaaah! " she screams and then stops. One of the red fluffy creatures was there looking at her
" Gosh you scared me, I’m glad I didnt let go or I would have fallen…" A cracking snap is heard, and the piece of ground Who was resting onto, breaks of the wall and starts falling " Oh Shucks!"
As she falls she tries desperately to grab onto the cotton spiderweb and curiously she starts tangling in a way that inspires a magical girl conversion scene " What in the..? " she says as she elegantly twists getting wrapped in the cotton candy fiber.
Puffy sleeves, ankle warmers, a top, and then a leotard, all come into shape as she almost finishes descending
" Whoaaaa… " she says, but then, a sound gets her attention - toinnn! - she looks up and sees the leotard has two long lines coming from each side towards her waist, and one just stretched without letting go like all the others
" Oh no… " Who says knowing what will happen..
She was almost on the ground, and the other side of the leotard stretched too, stopping her midfall, with a thunderous growl and what can better be described as an Atomic Wedgie
" Whoaaaauuughh!!! "
Our beautiful hero is now hanging, from her underwear, in total defeat.
Snap! Snap! Thud! - The straps let go, and now, she's on the ground.
She quickly jumps back up waving a clutched fist to the air.
"Oh I swear! I swear if these shenanigans are being caused by someone!, OH boy you are going to get it!!!"
She sighs letting her shoulders relax and checks her new clothes. She looks like a gymnast wearing a cotton jumpsuit.
"Well, at least I have clothes now" She says and pulls the wedgie out "Oowwwww"
After finally getting out of the hole, Who walks around this unknow place, a bit scared, clasping both hands at her chest.
"Where am I?" She says
The tall trees stand silent, and up above, a mist moves between the treetops blocking the light in some places.
Looking around the place seems desolate, still, silent.
Thud! "Oowee" says Who while grabbing her horn, she just hit it against a low branch while walking.
"Am I going to be banging these things all day now? Why didn't they just made me taller? I swear whomever is in charge of this universe is really going to get it"
She pauses for a moment to rest against a tree, but she's so weak she almost faints.
"Oh dear, I'm so, I'm so, I don’t even know what I'm feeling but my feet hurt from all these twigs and seeds on the ground" she says lifting a foot, it looks a bit hurt from the climb and walking around barefoot.
The light is getting dimmer as the day goes by and the mist moves around it all.
Who sits under a shadow, on a small nest hidden between tree roots. She cuddles her legs and rubs her feet a bit, looking up and blinking slowly, as if a dream was about to take her from this moment.
Suddendly, she coils up out of fear "Oh no, no!" She gasps under her breath.
Close by theres a dark figure, it might be looking at Who but as she hides in the shadow of the tree, it looks like the creature was following a noise.
"Did it heard me?" Who wonders.
The creature is almost her height but its wider and seems to have an onyx like armour, and a helmet with what it seems like a trident.
"What is that?" Who asks herself with a trembly voice "Oh no please don't find me please dont come closer"
The creature slowly walk towards Who as if it was listening to a noise, and as it gets closer, Who can see it’s a gigantic beetle, but this one stands up on two legs, and it has four arms that end up in claws. What looked like a helmet is actually a horn that comes out of its wide armored shoulder plates, and its head is a small half circle coming out of the heavy looking armor, that is actually just its body.
