'Why am I dreaming about being in a stranger's embrace?' Lina thought nervously.
Lina and Qingcang found themselves in a strange and compromising position, an ethereal cord pulling them closer, their faces now mere inches apart. Her heart raced as the closeness of his lips to hers became apparent. She had never been this close to a man before, not even with her crush, and was startled by his striking handsomeness up close.
'This girl doesn't know how she got here,' Qingcang's thoughts wandered, his mind lost in contemplation. 'If she didn't bring me here, then who did?'
'Oh, my God...' Lina's thoughts raced, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment as their closeness dawned upon her.
Unaffected by their nearness, Qingcang remained impassive, his emotionless expression resembling a statue carved from stone.
As time passed, the primordial spirits expanded, gradually merging into a single, radiant orb. The pair of blue energies, once separated since the dawn of time, merged effortlessly into one, bringing a sense of homecoming to the bodies that housed them.
Qingcang felt a profound shift within himself, an undeniable change that stirred his core.
Lina's breaths became ragged as she experienced the weight of Qingcang's chest against hers and his abdomen pressed firmly against her belly. They found themselves locked in an embrace that seemed to possess a magnetic pull, leaving her startled and uncomfortable. His hot breath tickled her face, and instinctively, she leaned in closer, seeking a better look at him.
Qingcang was taken aback when he felt Lina's warm breath against his cheek. His face turned towards hers in an instant, and before either of them could comprehend the situation, their lips hovered an inch apart, feeling the brush of each other's breath through their slightly parted mouths.
Time seemed to stand still as they stared into each other's eyes until Lina's gaze traveled to Qingcang's sensual lips without thinking. Her heart skipped a beat as she realized what she had almost done with the villainous lord. Her eyes widened in shock, and she made a hasty attempt to pull away, only to find the binding force of the cord rendered any retreat impossible. Flushed with embarrassment, she exclaimed, "Oh my God, I'm so sorry!"
Qingcang's voice, cold and monotone, sliced through the charged silence, "What were you doing?" His piercing gaze bore into her, causing her to shift uncomfortably under his scrutiny.
Startled, Lina laughed nervously, desperately trying to diffuse the tension. "Just, uh, admiring your... angry face."
Qingcang scowled at Lina, clearly unamused by her feeble attempt at humor. His voice carried an intense tone as he demanded, "Tell me the truth. NOW!"
"I-I'm sorry! I didn't mean to... almost kiss you!" Lina stammered out an apology, her cheeks burning with embarrassment. She quickly realized the weight of her words and chastised herself internally. 'STUPID! Why the heck did I mention kissing him? How did I blurt that out so easily?' she scolded herself, frustrated with her lack of composure and worried about tarnishing her reputation. She wished she could wake up or disappear into the ground. Instead, she was forced to face Qingcang's piercing gaze, her humiliation on full display.
'...Kiss me?' Qingcang's thoughts spun in confusion. 'No woman had ever dared to speak of kissing me, let alone come close enough to touch me. The audacity!'
But she had.
Lina was momentarily taken aback, her eyes locked with Qingcang's as he regarded her with a perplexed expression.
'Why is she embarrassed? After saying such audacious words, she should be terrified for her life instead,' Qingcang thought with bitterness.
Lina's mind raced, trying to make sense of her words, feeling like she had no control over them. 'Why did I say that? It's like he forced the words from my mouth,' she pondered, her nervous laughter escaping involuntarily.
Qingcang's reaction was immediate. His chest rose and fell heavily as he maintained eye contact with Lina, his penetrating gaze seemingly delving into the depths of her soul. The intensity of his presence made her shiver, and she remained in his magnetic embrace, their bodies pressed intimately together. She could feel the contours of his chiseled chest and strong arms, and she was overwhelmed with confusion and curiosity. It felt as if time had momentarily ceased to exist, leaving her to bask in the afterglow of their physical union.
The primordial spirits continued their intricate dance, merging and intertwining as they floated there. Their energies fused in a fiery display of passion, leaving behind a serene glow emanating from their reunited hearts.
The heart merge finished, and the flames flickered and faded away. Qingcang felt a weight lifting from his being as the invisible force that had held him back dissipated. His unease evaporated like morning mist, leaving a sense of clarity behind. His countenance turned cold and rigid, mirroring the moments just before their primordial spirits merged. A low, guttural sound escaped his lips as his hand instinctively pressed against his chest, his steely gaze cast downward in deep contemplation.
Lina's attention was drawn to Qingcang's hand, adorned in armor, as it clenched into a tight fist. His expression conveyed a sense of satisfaction, a subtle glimmer of triumph dancing in his eyes, and she was taken aback by the sly smirk that curled his lips. Without hesitation, he was about to retaliate for her earlier offense and grab her by the throat.
However, fate had other plans in store.
Dark energy suddenly appeared and beat Dongfang Qingcang to it, surrounding Lina and choking her in his place. He had a stern look as he watched her being strangled by the creature who shrieked horribly.
"No... No! Not again!" Lina thought as she struggled to break free from the creature's crushing grip on her windpipe. Her eyes closed as a painful scream escaped her lips, her voice trembling with fear and pain. She clawed at its hand, trying to pry it loose, but it was useless. "Let me go!" she said as she struggled to get away. 'The monster is too strong,' she thought as she felt herself shrinking under Qingcang's gaze, who stood there watching her get strangled. The weight of his scrutiny pressed down upon her like an unbearable burden. Her vision began to swim, and she knew she was losing consciousness. She had lost all hope of getting help from the man she had argued with earlier.
'This creature... where did it come from?' Qingcang wondered as he fixed his gaze upon Lina, scrutinizing her fiercely. The creature's presence was overwhelming, and she could feel her confidence wavering under its weight. Her dark brown eyes met his, filled with fear and begging for help, but he remained undeterred, his stare never wavering.
Until now.
Unexpectedly, Qingcang felt a strange sensation in his throat, as if an invisible hand had encircled it tightly. The grip tightened with each passing moment, making it harder for him to breathe. He looked around, but no dark creatures were attacking him; only Lina was under attack. He stared down at her, confused and shocked. He felt a strange connection to her, as if her pain was his own. He struggled to breathe, his chest wracked with a searing pain that seemed to originate from the center of his being. His heart felt like it was stabbed with a hot, jagged blade. He could not help but gasp and pant as the pain consumed him.
Lina's breaths became shallower as the monster's grip tightened around her neck. Just as she was about to pass out, the Moon Supreme's hand moved quickly to kill the beast with electricity, and it hissed in pain. She collapsed, gasping for air. Qingcang's eyes lifted to meet hers, piercing her very being with a cold, disdainful glare.
Qingcang's hand moved to his neck, where the pain was intense, and the pressure of strangulation suffocating. 'Why did I suffer like her?' he pondered as he could not shake the feeling of unease that settled in the pit of his stomach.
Qingcang realized that his fate was now intertwined with Lina's and that his life would never be the same again. He had always been a powerful and ruthless tyrant, but now he had a weakness: Lina.
"H-help me..." Lina stammered, begging Qingcang to do something, anything.
Qingcang knew that ending Lina's suffering by taking her life would mean his own demise. So, he reached out and grasped her hand, pulling her close to him as he held her in his arms. "Weren't you quite arrogant before?" he asked, his throat tightening as he spoke. He suspected that this was caused by the dark creature when it choked her.
"I-I'm s-sorry," Lina stammered, her voice barely audible. She now understood that Qingcang had been telling the truth about his strength all along. Despite her previous arrogance towards him, he had still saved her from that vile creature. 'This guy... what is he? How did he kill that monster like that?' she wondered as she lay in his arms.
Suddenly, the heart cord reappeared, taking Qingcang and Lina by surprise. They both looked on in shock as the cord tightened, bringing them closer until their lips met in an unexpected embrace. Before they knew it, they were locked in a kiss, unable to break free from the intense moment. Their lips met in a passionate kiss as a spark of fire ignited between them.
As they kissed, Lina felt like a window to her soul had opened up to Qingcang, and she could not help but feel vulnerable. Her face was filled with surprise as she struggled to make sense of the unexpected turn of events. 'What... What...? WHAT ARE WE DOING?' she thought.
An electrical current ran through their bodies, causing them to gasp in surprise as they were pulled together in a magnetic embrace. Their bewildered eyes met and locked onto each other's, both filled with a mixture of shock and as if they were gazing into each other's souls. They experienced intense emotions from the kiss and were unsure of the reason for their sudden embrace or why they could not pull away.
Qingcang stood frozen in place, unsure of what to make of the intense sensation he was experiencing. 'What am I sensing?' he asked himself, his mind racing as he tried to make sense of the feelings coursing through his body.
As they continued kissing, Qingcang and Lina found themselves completely lost in the moment. Their eyes remained awkwardly locked on each other's, wide open and filled with a mixture of wonder and confusion as they felt the sensation of each other's lips on their own.
'This feeling is an emotion,' Qingcang thought as he looked at Lina with calm, innocent eyes before continuing to reflect, 'But how?'
Their mouths absorbed each other's lips as if they had known each other for a lifetime. Their primordial spirits explored every inch of each other's bodies. The heat of their kiss was tangible, and they could feel each other's steaming breath in their mouths as they kissed, their bodies growing hotter with every passing moment.
'He... we... kissed... I... kissed... My... first... kiss...' Lina's mind went numb, her heart racing as she tried to understand what was happening.
It was as if their essences had been intertwined in that one kiss, and time stood still as they savored each other's lips, their hearts beating wildly in unison. The world around them vanished as the fiery passion of their kiss consumed them, and they lost themselves in it.
As Lina and Qingcang lost themselves in consuming each other's lips, they unknowingly transitioned to a location where a mystical portal loomed nearby. But as she emerged from the trance-like state of their intimacy, she suddenly pulled away from him, leaving him in shock.
Without warning, the portal swept Lina away, separating her from the man with whom she shared an unforgettable kiss, one that would forever linger in her memory.
Please tell me what you think! I also appreciate a like to help me out. It'll mean a lot.
