Chapter 4: The caves of answers

~ whoosh~ and with a snap all three of them were in a middle of a forest.

“OHH so that’s how you do it!!”, Elaine said in excitement while Beatrice felt dizzy. Umid didn’t replied just started walking in direction of the caves.

Elaine and Beatrice walked up following him staring at huge caves that stood in front of them.

It had a strange soothing aura around. It was dark on the way inside and barely the walls were visible ,the surface was moist and cool. Beatrice walked carefully while Elaine was looking around in excitement with astonished expressions.

“Oof” Elaine stumbles upon a stone while pushing Beatrice ahead

“Ehh sorry Hehe” Elaine awkwardly smiles while Beatrice gives her a death glare.

In no time they enter the centre of cave it had a large stone in the centre with the light reaching it from an opening of the cave at the top

“Sage, they are here” Umid said in light voice and a suddenly an elderly man appeared on the large stone

He looked like in his late 70s. White hairs, long beard and a moustache. Clothes he wore were just a long piece a cloth tied on neck and waist ,it was not sewed and on top of that he had a sweet smile on his face as he slowly opened his eyes and looked at Umid, Beatrice and Elaine. “Oh my dear boy how are you?” the elderly man spoke. His voice was so gentle and comforting everything felt light and bright. “I have been doing well sage” Umid bowed his head while his right hand on chest.

“oh, I am so glad to hear that. Well thank you for coming all the way here with Umid. My name is Sanatan .Would you like to introduce yourselves? ”the sage asked with the same gentle energy.

Beatrice : Hello~ my name is Beatrice Drouet it’s a pleasure to meet you

Elaine: I am Elaine Allard.

Sanatan: We weren’t expecting to meet you so soon Beatrice. Its an honour princess

Beatrice: Wait. What!?

(Beatrice stares at Elaine while she Just raises both her hand side ways shaking her head like “I have no idea”)

Sanatan: oh fear not let me explain a couple of things to you. Long ago there use to live two godly sisters. One was named as Morana while the other was Mawiya.

Morana the elder sister was considered as the god of evil while Mawiya was considered as the god of life. There way of understanding the world never matched they had a huge battle at the Madhyam Country, unfortunately Queen Mawiya lost while it was the win for evil queen. Mawiya gave her three jewels from her necklace to her trusted servant and~

“But the jewels fell off the cliff didn’t they??!!” Beatrice suddenly snapped remembering that how her dream was the exact interpretation of what Sage were explaining.

All of them looked at her in disbelief for a moment

“uhh well I got a dream about it so..”Beatrice spoke in an awkward tone.

“I see,the queen has already given us the indication then princess”Santana smiled

“What princess are you talking about may I ask ,I am just a commoner of village” Beatrice asked in a confused tone.

Oh,did I not mention? Apologies if you had a dream, I am pretty sure you might have heard about Queen Eliot

“ahh I vaguely remember her name mentioned”

“well Miss Drouet you are a descendent of Eliot ”Sanatan said casually.

“WHATTT????!!,You must be Joking!!” Beatrice exclaimed in disbelief

“Woah now that we see your surname does sound kind off royal thing” Elaine said with an excited look

“NOO that’s impossible!!” Beatrice panicked.

“Well,so technically Eliot Drouet was you grandmother.”

“so continuing what I said three jewels are actually three points that describe life and make it meaningful

First jewel is the jewel of justice

Central jewel is jewel of light and happiness and

third jewel is the jewel of hope.

To put it simply you can defeat the evil when all three of them unite to fight”

“So princess you are the chosen first jewel! The jewel of justice”Sage beamed
