Hours passed and Lena was finally quiet. All they could hear was their own breathing….

The silence was finally broken after hours of torture. The silence was slowly driving them insane. “Let's set up camp for the night,this seems like a good clear spot.” Lena decided.

“Okay” Zeth agreed. “It's pretty late and I'm getting really cold.” 

“You're probably tired too. I know omegas like sleeping.”

“I am really tired. I didn't know sleeping was an omega thing.” Zeth said with a curious look in his eyes.

“Well I learned that from my mom. She always tells me about different omega instincts. She said “you can use these for the future when you find a little omega of your own.” she really wants me to find a mate soon.” Lena went on as they set up camp.

When they finished setting up both of them went straight to bed without saying another word. In the middle of the night Zeth heard a loud noise that woke him up. He started looking around to find Lena but she wasn't there he got up and called her name. “Lena!?” There was no response. He started to smell something familiar and quickly realised it was Lena’s scent. He started following the scent and the noises got louder.

“Was it Lena making those ear wrenching sounds”

He kept going until the musky alpha pheromones were too much for him. He started to smell someone other than Lena. he kept on smelling wildflowers and roses.there were two other alphas he could smell something else too. That's when he realised. Lena was in rut… the scent got stronger and Lena was getting closer to him. The other alphas were coming closer too.

He saw Lena running at him full speed when she got close enough she grabbed him and pushed him against a tree. Zeth started whimpering. Very quickly he started to panic. His vision became blurry and the last thing he could see was two alphas in the distance. Everything went blank…
