Life Update

I guess because of the environment I'm in right now that my insomnia is back along with some hellish dreams. I'm trying my best not to think of something negative however, I cannot control my dreams. My sleep is back to less than 4 hours and less. This also triggers my insomniac dreams.

I wish not to dream again however, I am having a lot lately. I couldn't remember some of it or maybe I'm trying my best to forget it.
