Chapter 6 – The reticent volcano keeps

Kai brought her back to the main building giving her a piggy back. They both uttered no words while he brought her back, maybe because she was too weak to make a conversation.

“Lay her down there.” Professor pointed to the ground.

“Careful now, slowly…”

Professor took another vial from his coat pocket. He dropped a single drop on her neck the Adam’s apple part. Soon as the drop touched her skin, her wounds began to heal.

Medical vial- Drops are poured on the victim’s body according to the severeness of the wound. For normal wounds on abdomen, for a heavy wound on neck and for life threatening wound on forehead. Nagisa’s family, Kitagawa are exclusive manufacturer of the healing vials.

“You should cleanse a singe, a SINGLE one and run back here. You kids seriously try to increase my workload.” distressed professor said.

“….uhh….perhaps I should have taught you to sense a Dona first.” “…hehe…I guess I’m at fault.”

“Yes professor you should have taught us that first.” Said Aiden.

After couple of minutes her wounds completely healed. She sat up with a dejected look on her face.

“I guess everything is alright in the end since Kai was here.” Professor looked at Kai.

“But remember Nagisa—No everyone, Dona, les elus or Guds Vilje whoever your opponent is, in this world who makes the first move always wins. ALWAYS.” Professor said, looking at every students.

“Umm…. It’s already 6.00 p.m. I will open a portal lets get back to the campus”

“Noooo….!, we’ll walk!” said all three Aiden, Nagisa and Lunar in cahoots.

“Tch….Bad students~.”

“What about you Kai? Professor Daddy Draven will take you back through portal, Up for it?”

Kai looked at him with clear disgust and face that that read “Seriously!”

“I will walk with them… No I AM walking with them!”

“Et tu, Xiao Kai?”

As the dusk hit, everyone started to walk back to their school. Kai and Aiden walked in front chatting in a light voice but laughing at a loud voice. Lunar and Nagisa walked behind them talking in a soft voice while Professor Draven walked behind everyone.

Every students arrived at the campus and retired to their room. Nagisa and Kai said their goodbyes and walked back to their house, which was near the campus.

“Hey Kai isn’t your power time?” asked Nagisa abruptly.

“yes.”

“O-n-e-e- chan.” Said Kai, tilting his head towards Nagisa.

“Shut U..wep…P.” Her voice broke as she was about to say “shut up”.

“Pff…haha.”

Nagisa hid her face inside her jacket in embarrassment.

 “But yes I can manipulate time.”

“….hmmm….thought so. You killed an advanced Dona you must probably be full potential user. Like nee-chan…he…” Letting out a sigh Nagisa’s face was slightly filled with envy.

Full potential users- Chosen one who tapped their full potential with their power. A full potential user can destroy a city at minimum level.

“Hmm… that is, no I am not a full potential user. More like I can’t become a full potential user.” Kai said, looking distantly.

“Wait…W..why?”

“You’re both a Guds Vilje and Les elus, so double power right…?”

“No, haa… it doesn’t work that way.” Said kai letting out a sigh.

“Les elus are naturally dominant to Guds Vilje. Likewise even in my powers Les elus dominate Guds Vilje side. There is no coexistent between them there is always a conflict so, I can’t either use both at full potential. Like never.”

“I’m sorry…”

“Don’t worry even without full potential I can defeat your sister with ease.” Kai said, with a big smile on his face.

“Ha… yeah dream on kid.”

“So anyway what’s the story between you two sisters?” “Like some cliché stuff?”

“Hmm….yea….NO!....its not cliché stuff. My family, I want our family to accept me. I want her to accept me.”

“Ohhh…Acceptance? How Cliché?” Kai brushed off her dream as a cliché.

“Idiot!”

“Anyway, what’s your goal?” Asked Nagisa with a curious look on her face.

“….Hmm….Maybe introduce a new brand of watch to the market.” Kai said, taking sometime racking his brain.

“Wha…Wait…Seri--, is that irony?”

“No, I’m serious!”

Kai and Nagisa talked much more as they headed to their home.
