I made rock, but the vigilante doesn't move his hands, he doesn't have the intention to fight against me. I don't have a clue of what they could be thinking, all of them are glaring at the Demon above us. 

There's no way they are thinking of fighting him... 

-You...! -The vigilante proceeds to take off something from his chest. 

Then, he throws it to the sand as floor, it was a knife that was shining of how sharp it was, even with the dark red sky. The vigilante puts on a visor that covers his eyes and a red light shows up that synchronizes with the color of the sky. He puts his right foot behind, and he bends the left one...

-This is against the rules of the great fight! Now...! -The demons starts to hit their seats and the fence that seemed to be about to fall.  

Holy shit... 

-Nothing's my everything A shaking memory is you Alright... What about me? We're gonna make it...  You said it was okay "I'll be there with you calm down" You lied... -The Demon from above moved his hand, ordering another one to start a base with guitar and drummer, between seconds I could hear shorts notes of piano. 

The demons stopped hitting the wood. This isn't what am supposed to do, but, they say demons react to words that touches their heart, or even, their souls. A song with meaning instead of just spelling words as fast as possible. 

When I started singing, the vigilante buried his large claws in the sand. 

But at the moment, I stopped. I grab the knife and give steps backwards.

The bastards start to hit the wood again, but I could barely think about those lyrics and their melody following the current base they are giving me, plus, the only thing I can focus right now is the vigilante in front of me. The vigilante moves a step forward, something that made me give a step back. 

For a moment I started to think that...-

-Ah, fuck! -Did the Prince just threw at me a fucking Cat?!

The Cat, which hit my head, made me fall to the sand. I try to stand up, but the Cat decides to walk above my head, and then it jumps, araising with it thousand of sand that ended on my eyes. He changed, it was the same thing that got out of the dog from before, and I am sure it is the same thing that whispered to me back at the cave.

-Seems like a new opponent has joined the battle! -The idiots started to scream of joy. -But we'll make this equal! -The Demon gave a clap, I guess he is just mentally broken since nothing happened.

-You better stop your runnin' You're gonna lose your breath When my teeth touches your neck Leave it to me and I'll check it real quick Don't blame it on me I'm just mentally sick... -Holy shi...

-ACK! -A vigilante gave from behind! 

-The Prince team gains 50 points as decided from the crew!!! -The Demon screamed.

Above the Cat Prince and the giant Demon appeared a screen with the picture of the vigilantes and of the humanoid Cat and me. 

I pathetically drag myself back while I keep moving my sight to the sky just to manage to see the neck of the vigilante. Meanwhile, the Cat kept doing his rap while the vigilante in front of him made movements with his head following the melody, and then there's me, thinking that I can kill a machine with a combat knif...- 

Wait... AHH!!! I can't believe I almost die out of stupidity! 

With a slight movement, the knife started to shine. 

-Let's make this equal! 

I quickly get up and immediately got interrupted by the silly Demon.

-You're right human! Let's make this more fun! -He gave another clap, I look above them, I- I, oh, crap. -Since I like things fair and balanced, the son of the Prince will do the last stage of the Great Battle! And since the human struggle to do so, he'll do the second stage of the Battle! The Bloody Battle! 

Shitted, I look how portraits of all the vigilantes appeared on the screen. 

I have to... I have to fight 8 of those things?! 

Oh God, I think I'm hyperventilating! I can't even think about numbers, it feels as if I never really learned any of them.  

My life ran through my eyes when another vigilante tried to smash my head with his foot. I don't know how but I dodged it. 

The Cat kept having his rap battle, and just a second ago the vigilante joined. 

At the moment I get up, I fall once again due to a flying axe that almost cut my throat. 

Without letting go the knife I charge to the vigilante with the head of a bear, the one that kicked me from behind, and like a fucking parasite I stick to his neck with the help of my legs, not exactly on my right mind I start to stab him on his brain, the knife has a hard time penetrating the metal protecting the brain. And I almost fell due to the vigilante scratching my back and almost breaking my legs. 

Uff... luckily I got the equipment of the sniper. Because he gets targeted the most after the medic, he gets a better armor.

I look behind me due to heavy footsteps running to me. But I won't let go this machine until I see it with no light. 

I raise the knife for a last time after increasing its temperature, and for my luck, it went in. The sound of the vigilante brain being penetrated was silent compared to the noise on this place, but it strangely feels louder. 

-NOO!!! -Shit, I forgot about the other one. 

The vigilante that was sprinting at me, charges and tries to smash my body against his and the one of the dead vigilante. 

With my heart almost falling off, I remove my legs from the vigilante's neck and put my right foot on his shoulder to end falling to the sand.  

Shit, I can't lose this chanc...-

They say that when you are in pain, the brain could react in different ways... When a pain so horrible spreads to your body, the brain just doesn't know how to react, but I guess the common way to react back to that indescribable pain, is with violence. It depends on the situation if the brain gets confused, when the pain reaches all the barriers, the brain changes the feeling of anger and fills it with dopamine, provoking an uncontrollable laugh.

The vigilante hits me on the jaw. It burned, is hard to describe. I thought I already had enough with the arc of the foot... but this doesn't compare. 

As my body falls above my right arm and my eyes focus on how my jaw flies away, my brain keeps giving me stitches. 

-You human piece of shit! All this time we've been your slaves! We just wanted to live our lifes! This will end toda...!

-Are you kidding? -I asked after witnessing how my jaw finally touched the sand and with the tongue out. -You keep generalizing... Is it the same with the Demons. But you, machines, had it easy. Do you think I wanted this to happen?! Do you think I wanted to use you?! I just wanted to leave that cursed place! 

The vigilante ignores me and throws at me an axe, and just like it, I throw myself to the sand. I quickly drag me out of the position after seeing another shadow next to me. 

I tried to talk again, but for what purpose?! 

I grab the knife which flied away seconds ago, and before I could notice, I burnt a part of my hand when grabbing it.

I stand up and...

-Fuck off! -A vigilante screamed.

Ah... AH...! He grabbed me by the neck and threw me against a high wall that marked the barrier between the competitors and the Demons. 

My whole body feels on fire, everything is blurry, but for some reason, my body moves by itself while my mind rests.
