The group sat in the dimly lit room, some were thinking about Eden while she was gone and others were thinking about the president and why he was gone.. They had successfully protected him from the other kids but when they came to check on him he was gone. The government had declared them as dangerous criminals and were actively hunting them down. Maybe the government had retrieved them while they were fighting against the other kids.

Nico sat at the head of the table, his fingers tapping on the keyboard as he pulled up maps and blueprints of the city. "We need a plan," he said, his voice low and serious. "We can't just keep running and hiding forever."

"We need to take the fight to them," Kai added, his eyes flickering with determination. "Show them that we're not the enemy. We're just people with abilities."

“The government knows where we are, we are the only group who has threatened them, we kidnapped a president and we lost one of our best fighters. warned, his hand rubbing his chin thoughtfully. "We need to know exactly what we're up against."

Phoenix leaned back in her chair, her arms crossed. "We need to stop trying to fight and simply talk with them. This entire fighting mojo has done nothing for us."

Tempest nodded in agreement. “She’s right, we don't want to cause unnecessary destruction or harm."

The group continued to discuss their ideas and strategize for hours until they finally had a solid idea.They would offer a meeting and sign that they wouldn't use their abilities and talk. They hoped that they could prove their innocence. 

“This is where all of this ends.” Maya finally spoke up.

“I think they lure us in and kick our ass.” Ethan commented. “C’mon talking it out with the government after we kidnapped their president. They obviously are blood hungry. We're dead!” 

“Worth a shot.” Lila claimed.
