Raindrops of Renewal,2

Raindrops of Renewal,2

May 24, 2023

Lamin returned to his place next to Bibars who was seemingly displeased with Lamin's encounter with Lisan.
Lisan appeared happy as she engaged in conversation with Lamin.
She asked him, "Did you achieve first place after you left?"
Lamin replied, "Of course I did. You were the barrier between me and the first rank, Lisan."
Lisan smiled, overwhelmed with joy, saying, "I'm glad, I'm no longer the barrier." They both smiled together.
Then Lujain spoke up, saying, "Oh, Lisan, is this the person that Iyas told me about some time ago?"
Lisan answered with a smile, "Yes."
Lujain replied, "So, you're the one who made Lisan give up her first rank."
They all laughed, and Bibars and Lamin seemed intrigued.
Lisan then awkwardly responded, "Hehe, I just couldn't find a good competitor."
Lujain seemed like she wanted to say something, but Lisan prevented her from doing so.
Bibars looked happy as he listened to a bit about Lisan's childhood, while Lamin appeared fascinated by Lujain.
Lisan asks Lamin, "So, Lamin, what are you doing now? And what is your relationship with hmmm Bibars? Are you friends or something? I'm afraid you might be our childhood friend... -laughing."
Bibars replies with a smile, "Don't you want us to have a connection then? Umm... "
Lisan, " You... ugh... you, the dog's paw... No, no. I don't want..."
Bibars laughs, "I became the dog's paw now ... I'm no longer a dog."
Lisan asks, "What... do you want to be a dog? And not just any dog... but a wild dog as well?"
Bibars ponders, "How about being my cat then? No, no, rather my flower..." as he gazes gently at Lisan, trying to establish more eye contact and get closer. But Lisan puts her hand on her cheek, drawing a beautiful smile as she leans on the edge of the table, saying, "So, you'll turn into a dog for a flower? Ha-ha..."
Bibars responds in the same playful manner, placing his hand on his cheek and facing Lisan, smiling as their faces meet. He smiles as if he were an angel and says, "Hmm, do you believe you're a flower worth being a dog for? Hmm..."  Then he laughs gently and says, "You look cute when your features change."
He gently caresses Lisan's head, whose expression changed after hearing what he said.
Then quickly, Lisan took a sip of tea as if she didn't care about anything.
Then Bibars asked curiously, "I know that Lujain is working at the college for her exhibition. What about you? What are you doing here?" Lisan replied, "It's none of your business."
Bibars laughed and apologized, saying, "Oh, I was just kidding. Don't be angry."
Lisan ignored him and turned to Lamin, asking him for an answer to her question.
Lamin responded, "Oh, I work in the administration department at the college. I met Bibars here when he started working. What about you? What brings you here?"
Lisan replied, "I came to pick up Lujain, even though she's afraid to ride with me."
Lamin winked after her statement and replied, "If she's afraid, then it must be her luck that I'm giving her a ride today." He smiled.
Lujain seemed deep in thought. Then she replied, "Um, well, okay. It's better than clinging to fear while driving with Lisan."
Lamin smiled gently after hearing Lujain's reaction, and at the same time, Bibars also smiled.
Then Bibars said, "Well, it would be my pleasure to give you a chance to give me a ride today, Lisan, as I didn't bring my car."
It seemed like Lamin wanted to say something, but Bibars stopped him.
Lisan replied, "Oh? And why should I give you a ride?"
Bibars responded kindly, "Um, Rula would be happy if she knew that I apologized to you. Your giving me a ride would be proof of that." Lisan pondered for a moment and then said, "Hmm, well, all right then."

The four of them sat and exchanged conversation for a while, and then they all left, each going their way. Lisan bid farewell to Lujain as she left with Bibars, while Lamin accompanied Lujian.

IT seems Lamin has an interest in Lujain. Everyone seems to be enjoying the flirty banter. 😊

"I loved someone once, and then what?
I loved and then I hated love.
I mean, I hated to love, or maybe I was afraid to love, or maybe I just didn't dare to love because I wouldn't be able to trust the one I love." Lisan

Lisan is a dentist who leads a beautiful life with her friends who are trying to make her fall in love.
However, Lisan has a dark spot in her past.
She has not shared it even with her closest childhood friends.
Will Bibars be the cure? Or will he make her open a new chapter in her life for him?
