Chapter 10 – Ballad of grey horses

Aiden headed right to the café. He went there at 4.00pm, one hour early before the fixed time and roamed the vicinity of the shop. The coffee place and the road were moderately big although it was empty. After fifteen minutes a group of school student went inside the café. Aiden too decided to go inside the café.

“Wow, The café’s name is Dolion… it’s her family shop I guess.” Thought Aiden after reading the shop’s board.

“Introducing to family right after confessing… isn’t she moving way too fast?”

Aiden took a peek at the shop through the window. There were no staffs present.

“Hmm… maybe they went out.”

“Although it’s empty it’s a cute shop though.”

“Yeah! I should tell Lunar to bring Kai here… or maybe even go on a double date…hehe.”

“Yo, Kid.” Said a bold voice from behind.

Aiden turned to look back and there were three women who resembled Clara a bit. They were about the age of 40, 14 and 20.

“Oh… You must be Clara’s mother and sisters, I’m Ai—“

“SHUT UP!” said the elder sister.

“Please~ don’t mind the little ones~ But we really have to kill you Aiden~” Said the mother in a soothing voice.

“I’m sorry, in my elder sis’s stead. She lied about the date. Sorry brother.”

Aiden got the gist of the situation and saw that their eyes are complete white. They were integrated Dona just like Clara.

“Fufu… I know that this is not a date… I came prepared to a showdown from the beginning.” Lied Aiden holding back his tears.

“Hmm… Kids Please~ don’t make this brutal…~ make it fast… that poor boy~.”

“Sorry brother, we have to kill you… I’m really sorry brother.”

“Shut up. Let’s finish him off…hehe.”

“Fufu… a first date with three beautiful women… you womanizer.”  A voice uttered behind Aiden.

“Kai!?” “How did you…?”

“I know my ways.” Reassured Kai while pointing at his own eyes.

“HAHAHA! another one came here willing to die, Ma’am Lord Ego Proxy will be delighted…HAHA!”

“Shh… sister you shouldn’t say ma’am’s name for them to hear.”

“Huh~?!, who cares they are going to die anyway.”

“Silence little ones~ Mom will do the talking… Who might you be handsome little one? ~”

“I’m your worst nigh—“

“Don’t answer them Kai, Let’s get it over with.” Aiden Cut off Kai mid-sentence and weapon hauled a single Tomahawk on his right.

“Fufu, I like this boy. I’m all pumped now.” Said the elder sister whilst directing her gaze at Aiden.

“Well, then you’ll love m—“

“Come Kai, Let’s gooo!”

Kai looked at Aiden with a distressed face which read, “Don’t cut me off mid-sentence.”

Aiden took a stance directing at the elder sister while, Kai just stood there looking listless.

“Here I come.” Said the little sister while looking at Kai.

Although she claimed to come at Kai, on less than second she reached Aiden face to face, who was 10 meters away. She was too fast for Aiden to react. She landed a direct punch on Aiden’s chest which sent him flying 17 meters away.

“What’s this speed? It’s monstrous… is this the speed of an integrated Dona, if I wasn’t using a 2 seconds time slow, even I wouldn’t be seeing that. Besides that power punched pack…”

“…Should avoid it…” Analyzed Kai.

“Tch, looks like I have to get done with you… disappointing.” Said the elder sister taking a stance ready to launch.

She launched right at Kai, Her face close to his, she was at a distance which he wouldn’t be able to defend or worse even react. Her left hands came close to his face mere centimeters away. It was obvious her punch will be much more severe than her little sister’s.

“I got you, kid.”

*Blink

Her punch landed on nothing, but the force from her punch alone sent a parked car flying a whole 30 meters distance.

“W-What? Where the fuck are YOU!!!?”

“Behind you.”
