Getting into focus mode is easier compared to yesterday. Improvements are observed well. My drawback though is time management, but it's a little different from now. Before, I was not paying attention to how fast time passed by when I take a break. But now, that's what's happening but with my work period instead. It's quite an improvement, but I must still eat, stretch up a bit in between, and sleep at the right time to keep homeostasis. Why are we working? It's to help and be there for our family anyway. Let's stay healthy together. We can do this; God bless us all :)
