"Congratulations, son. You can finally be like me," my father announced, his voice laden with a mix of pride and relief.

I stared at him in disbelief. He knew this moment would come, yet he hadn't warned me about the pain I was about to endure. However, I couldn't stay angry because, in that moment, I couldn't feel anything. The pain still consumed me, but I believed I would manage somehow.

To my surprise, my condition started improving rapidly. However, it wasn't due to my own efforts. Struggling to focus my blurry vision, I noticed that my mother was actively healing me. It was a new experience, as I had never seen her heal someone before, but I already felt much better.

"So, how do you feel?" my dad asked once I regained my composure.

"Not well," I replied, holding back my desire to curse. After all, they were still my parents.

"That's to be expected. But do you sense any changes within yourself? Perhaps in your chest?" he asked with a mischievous smile. I couldn't understand what he found amusing, given that I had almost faced death right before his eyes. What kind of father smiles at his son when he's confronting mortality?

To humor him, I attempted to see what he was referring to. It took a moment, but as I closed my eyes and focused on my chest, I sensed something unusual. Small green particles of varying sizes floated throughout the room, seemingly everywhere. What were they?

"You're probably wondering where they came from," my dad interjected, not giving me a chance to respond. "Those green particles you see are air or wind particles, which I manipulate to control the air around us."

He demonstrated his ability by lifting me into the air and then gently placing me back in the chair.

"However, this is something new. You're not in an area with dense wind, so how did you awaken this power?" my dad questioned, genuinely perplexed.

"I think I know," Ace interjected, joining the conversation. "As a high-tier spirit, I can tell you there are only two tiers higher than me: Demi-God tier, which is rare, and God tier, of which there's only one—the Spirit King. On the other side, there are mid and low tiers which don't really matter but the higher-tier spirits like us constantly emit pressure, whether we intend to or not. Over the years, I might have influenced your son considerably. Children are more receptive to awakening their affinities."

Ace's words carried an air of pride, as if he had a reputation to uphold.

"But that alone wouldn't be enough," my dad countered, unconvinced. "While you may be a high-tier spirit, it would take more than eleven years for him to unlock this power."

Luna chimed in, adding her perspective to the conversation. "If I may, Rohan, even if you aren't aware of it, you emit a significant amount of pressure unless you conceal yourself. With Akio's unique bloodline, it seems he can amplify nearly everything related to his body. Even his mental defenses caught me off guard the other day. Combining your training and his bloodline, it must have pushed him to awaken the elven bloodline. It's quite fortunate, as many half-bloods don't inherit either parent's bloodline."

"What? So there was a chance that I wouldn't awaken either bloodline?" I exclaimed, surprised by their revelation.
