When I started this journey with you all up to now (which I'm super grateful for, thank you, everyone, for joining me in this journey together :), and in the following week, I can't really sleep around 10 pm because I'm waiting for some people's call with a time zone difference. But hopefully, after next next week, I can practice the 10 pm to around 5 am sleeping schedule as they get back here. Anyway, I'm also still working on my other four main tasks per day consistently.
