Terms:
Creation Day - A birthday for a god, angel, or other divine creature. (The day they were "created").
Weave of Fate - Invisible strings that teather every living thing to others who are important to them (these strings can be good relationships, toxic enemies, or just passing acquaintances). Strings can fray and break on their own over time as people drift apart and forget. To forcibly break a string is to erase the history of that relationship.
Royal Sun - The largest sun in the sky. It is in between the two twin suns and is easy to spot by its larger size and golden yellow hue. This term is also used to describe the leader of Celestia as the one with the power of the Royal Sun is crowned God Emperor.
Out-Of-Character - A phase that means someone is acting outside of what you would expect. For example, Asterius being nice when he is known to be aloof would be considered out-of-character.
Female Lead - The Female Main character, in the case of "Bride of the God Emperor " Maria holds that title, as she is the one the story centers on.
Webnovel - What you are reading right now! A book published online, generally with shorter chapters when compared to a print book. They are notorious for being very long (often authors will keep publishing as long as there are paying readers).

Likes: Gardens, talking to his angels, weaving dreams, being admired/prayed to, green teas.
Dislikes: not being respected for his work, used for his ability, his father.
Little about them: As the god of Fate, Asterius exists in a very interesting space among the other Celestial gods, occupying a small corner of the 1st ring of the heavens, he helps tend to the Garden of Tranquil Day, when not busy with his work as the god of fate (and the regent for the moon). He is only sought out by other gods when they need his future sight, this behavior is what fostered him into a villain.
Personality Characteristics: (After William)
Likes: sketching, talking to the system or his angels, peering into other’s fates to get the latest drama, horror movies.
Dislikes: having to be the villain, spaces that are too artificially clean, violence/cruelty for no reason, pretending to be “straight” to stay in character.
Little about them: William was raised by an only mother after his dad’s death in a workplace accident, with the insurance money they were able to live, not always comfortably, but there was never any fear of going hungry or cold.
With an artistic eye, he's often able to find beauty in even the darkest of places and tends to view life from a more positive perspective. Now having been reborn as Asterius, this viewpoint has led him to be a touch more gentle than the original.

Little about them: Cadeyrn has been locked in the heavens since he was taken as a prisoner of war from the last heavenly inquisition, tortured and imprisoned for years, before he’s bound to serve, Asterius. Cadeyrn does not remember the brief few years he lived in Gehenna before he was taken prisoner, and he longs to get his revenge against the Celestial Gods and return to his homeland.
His original fate was to become one of the demon lords in the layers of sin, he was supposed to be the next Lord of Pride, but he’s since long been replaced. A god in name only.
Personality Characteristics: (After William)
Likes: watching his little god of stars, mystery novels(likes to try and guess the ending), flowers, dogs, doing work with his hands.
Dislikes: being disrespected, the suns, celestial gods (except his celestial god), the new God Emperor.
Little about them: Cadeyrn has been locked in the heavens since he was taken as a prisoner of war from the last heavenly inquisition, tortured and imprisoned for years, before he’s bound to serve the god of stars, Asterius. Though he resented the Star God at first, his opinions have changed in recent years, he has grown to appreciate the beauty of the heavens and has found relative peace being a gardener under Asterius’s employ. While he still yearns to return home, it is no longer his top priority, and he cools his fire of vengeance. But when the Epilogue comes and Asterius is stripped of his godhood, Cadeyrn is done playing the nice demon.
