I opened up my eyes slowly, feeling incredibly groggy. Wait... "I'm awake...? No... no, no, no, no, no, NO!" I stand up, quickly, making myself dizzy in the process. I'm clearly on a hill & I can see 6 others in the distance, but they all seem much smaller. "Calm down... just breathe..." I take a deep breath & sit back down in the grass; I try to feel a pull, or any kind of indication for me to go in any certian direction. Suddenly, my body feels like it's being split in 3 different directions. My eyes snap open again as the wave of nausea hits. Two of the pulls come from the west, another from the north east, but it's much weaker & makes me very uneasy in comparison. "A call... that'd be safe, right?" I raise my head up & let out a call that only certian people will hear. Various birds scatter as my voice travels across the landscape; wind starts blowing aggressively, as if to help the sound move farther, faster. Not like I'm complaining, time isn't really on my side right now anyway. After a few more moments, I stop & sigh. "Well... better start moving." I place my hand on the ground & mutter a few words, then proceed to walk towards the west. This bloodline better be worth it...
If yall want to know the call ????????? is doing, look up Kunling(ancient cow sweedish hearding call). It's so etherial but terrifying without context. Just like ????????? is using it to call who ???? want, only the ones ???? want to hear it will hear it. No one else can hear a thing.
Archer had always heard great things about his mom, Selene. She died protecting a young girl when he was five & ever since people tell him what a kind woman she was. The tragedy brought him & his dad closer, but there wasn't much to really remember her by. Sure, his dad showed him pictures & talked about her, despite getting remarried, but it wasn't the same. Archer had one thing though, his face. He always looked just like his mom, freckles & all, even while doing his own transition. One day however, he get's a note about his mother & that shakes his world to the core.
