The reaper arrives in peace,

This is not your fate just yet 

No, you do not belong here even with regret

Carry your heart for strength you shall harness

"Grief is a feeling that must be felt 

When one loses a part of them they never thought would go 

Grief makes your heart and soul melt 

Like ice under the sun, your fate already in the know

"But grief makes your true feelings known 

That you love someone even when they've crossed the unknown 

That you are human despite all that remain 

And that you are alive as you feel all the pain

"It is not easy, I know 

If one should know solitude, that would be me 

Centuries of fleeting souls that come and go 

I know each one even with just minutes in a ferry

"I do enjoy their company every once in a while

And I do lament the souls that wept on the other side 

'But take heart for it is not over,' I smile 

'Life has more to offer and the world is wide.'

The world goes on but one soul ceases its breath
