He put his hand into the black panel before him like it was some kind of portal, right at the part that displayed a picture of a bottle filled with blue liquid. He pulled out his hand back from inside the black panel with a bottle filled with a blue liquid in his hand, the same as the picture displayed in the black panel, and the black panel display changed:

The cloaked man touched the words “[Yes],” and the black panel display before him changed back to System Homescreen.

“Close System Homescreen.”

The black panel before him vanished.

The cloaked man opened the bottle filled with a blue liquid in his hand, then pressed a small button merged to the edge of one of the armor pieces that covered the side part of his mask, and his metal mask resembled a face part of a mecha on his face opened. From the side, the cloaked man drank the Mana Potion down. “Ding!” A black panel displaying white text appeared before him:

The cloaked man pressed the same button, which merged with the edge of his mask, causing it to close again and cover his entire face. The cloaked man walked forward through the tunnel-like hole on the Pentagon’s first floor after Black Star’s thrown body penetrated it before.

The cloaked man arrived outside the Pentagon building, Black Star stopped his steps and had been waiting for him; they stood face-to-face several meters apart. The cloaked man looked at Black Star alertly as he thought.

“Even with all those attacks, he’s still fine without any sign of injury, and it’s obvious that he hasn’t shown all his power….”

The cloaked man turned to the black tower-shaped battlecarrier starship above him and appeared bothered by it. The cloaked man turned to Black Star as he thought.

“So, this is the person called the Most Powerful Superhero….”

Black Star looked astonished.

“You have a unique ability, and always mention something before starting your attack.”

The cloaked man shrugged.

"Yes, that is so. Everyone's abilities are different."

Black Star bowed his head.

"Of course."

Black Star radiated his high and dense energy radiation toward the cloaked man, which suddenly caused him to falter and almost fall over, and his breath became heavy. The cloaked man appeared not to expect that as he thought.

"Urgh, what is this dense energy radiation from him? Suddenly, my body felt heavy, and my breath became short."

The cloaked man looked at Black Star warily as he thought.

"He… somehow, I feel like Black Star feels he won't be defeated in this fight."

Black Star continued speaking.

"So... are you a Hero or Villain?"

The cloaked man didn't answer; his breath was still heavy as he thought.

"Damn, I might indeed haven't been able to defeat him since the beginning…."

The cloaked man got into a stance, ready to attack. Black Star was slightly surprised.

"You want to attack me again? Alright then."

Black Star appeared unfazed. The cloaked man was trying to fix his heavy breathing as he thought.

"Even so, I'll keep trying…."

The cloaked man concentrated.

Black Star used both his hands to parry; the cloaked man's fist, covered in a gauntlet, collided violently with the armor on Black Star's forearm, causing a shock wave and a huge wind blast that spread in all directions momentarily. The strength of the cloaked man's fist caused Black Star to falter and be stunned, creating an opening in his defense. The cloaked man concentrated.

The cloaked man slammed his gauntlet-covered palm toward Black Star, hitting him in the chest. His gauntlet clashed against Black Star's armor, causing a crashing sound, a shockwave, a sudden wind blast, and sparks. Black Star was dragged back several meters with his legs anchored to the ground, shattering the surface he was standing on, but this attack only awakened Black Star from his stunned state.

The cloaked man ran very fast toward Black Star to continue the attacks. The cloaked man shot out his left fist swiftly, but Black Star immediately thrust his right fist out. Their fists collided forcefully, causing a shock wave, a wind blast, and sparks. A black panel displaying white text appeared near the cloaked man:

[God of War's Wrath skill critical damage inflicted]

The black panel with that text reappeared near the cloaked man whenever his attacks clashed with Black Star's attacks. They exchanged a barrage of punches and kicks quickly and kept colliding attacks with each other, spreading shock waves, wind blasts, and sparks in every collision of their attacks; the shock waves and wind blasts of these collisions got stronger and stronger until they finally strong enough to shatter dozens of the windows panes on the first floor of the Pentagon building.

Because of the cloaked man's good combination of skills, he could keep up with Black Star's attack power and speed without fending off using his cloak. The cloaked man appeared to have difficulty continuing his attacks as he thought.

"He keeps counterbalancing my attacks...."

The cloaked man concentrated.

The cloaked man vanished from the front of Black Star, surprising him. Black Star looked around alertly as he thought.

"He vanished again…."

Black Star guessed the cloaked man's location; he elbowed backward with his left elbow as he rotated his body to attack powerfully. At the right timing and prediction, the cloaked man suddenly appeared behind Black Star, who already expected that. However, due to the increased speed, the cloaked man managed to catch Black Star's elbow, causing a powerful collision followed by a shockwave, wind blast, and sparks. The cloaked man immediately kicked Black Star's lower back with his knee, causing Black Star to falter, and his defense opened up. The cloaked man moved swiftly to the front of Black Star and continued to punch Black Star's whole body repeatedly, focusing his attacks on Black Star's head. Once Black Star's defense weakness was exposed, Black Star could not match his attacks with the cloaked man's, causing the cloaked man's attacks to continuously land all over his body. The cloaked man stopped his attack; Black Star was stunned and lost his balance slightly. The cloaked man concentrated.
