“Everything is soo tall in this world” Says Who. While she lays on her stomach, stretched on top of the ball chariot, her feet resting on Burt’s horn. Burt joyfully walks in reverse as he pushes the cart and looks at the scenery around them.

Our friends are crossing into a beach-like place, the dunes are small and there are many ponds in different sizes but it seems none of them are even knee deep.

The view is covered by a myriad of stone pillars that resemble palm trees but they are wide and very tall like walls in a maze.

“Left” Says Who as she taps her left foot on Burt’s horn. Burt slightly adjust his trajectory and you see them avoid a huge pillar that was coming in front. Who devised this way of navigating because after a long discussion, she couldn’t made Burt pull the chariot instead of pushing it backwards.

“We dont know how far it goes anywhere Burt” Says Who as she gets off the chariot to walk on Burt’s side. “If I remember, oceans can go across worlds. We walked past the beach time ago but these might be us going inside the land or along” She looks up to the misty sky high above. The light is never stronger than if the sun was about to set. “We might need to get to a high spot to see but all these walls dont seem climbable”

Burt rests the cart handles in the sand and looks around and up. The day feels like summer but theres too much shadow to get hot, so its breezy and comfortable.

Burt jumps and clings onto the rock, then quickly goes around it like a roach running away

“Uuhuhuuhuhhggghh you make me shiver doing that” Says Who

Burt offers her his hand but Who looks all the way up to the top

“I don’t see the top Burt, I think its easier for you without me”

Burt lifts two arms as if showing he can do it

“No mister you ain’t hugging me all the way up there ok?”

Burt looks upset as if it wasn’t intended

“Anyways now we know you can parachute back down if any trouble” says Who as she draws on the sand to show Burt something

“Ok if you see something really tall you will come back and tell me pointing to this one” She says as she stretches her arms to explain what tall is. “If you see a path is this one and if you see the sea, the biiiiiig pond, is this one ok? Are we missing something?”

Burt seems to think for a second and makes a scratch on the sand

“Ah yeah, right, totally get it” Says Who sarcastically “Sorry Burt I always gets upset that I can’t listen to you”

Burt taps on the scratched sand

“Hhmmmm, oh hey thats a great idea! What if you see another you or me right? Then if there’s people you point to this one, and…” Who stops and goes quiet for a bit, Burt gets closer to look at Who because she hid her face for a bit.

“And If you see a big monster” She continues as she draws a face with fangs and looks up at Burt worried “Please come back as fast as you can ok? You, here, fast, ok?”

Burt stands up and like a roach squiggles his way up the nearest pillar.

Who shivers “Uughhayay Burt I do love you but boy it gives me the creeps when you go into roach mode” She looks at the cart and sees goo seeping from the side "Oh no Ello you are drooling in your sleep again” Ello sleeps peacefully and there is a lot of goop coming from the side of his mouth

“Ehhlooooh” Says the bee softly

 Who looks at the sand and sees the honey pooled on the footprints and one of the drawings “Interesting…” She says and starts making some markings on the sand

Burt looks around and sees no change in the view, he must be 50 stories high, inspects the pillar hes climbing and keeps on

After almost an hour, the dim sun shines on top, Burt hears the wind change and looks up to see that several of the pillars are coming to an end. He races to the top and jumps onto a big plattform.

It’s a beautiful view, the palm pillars extend across a vast area and further away things looks different. He focuses to see far away on front of him. There is  a dark shadow that appears like a enormous cloud floating high in the sky. He gets surprised as if he recognized the place and he starts to jump around excited, but then, to his left, he seems something else.

Far into the distance there is a towering shadow with dark clouds above; Burt shrinks and cups his hands, he turns left again and sees the bamboo forest they came from and behind it the huge cliff plateau where he first found Who. One more time he turns left to finish his turn and sees the pillars thinning out giving way to a big blue pond… a sea.

Burt scratches his head as he looks up, there are no stars to guide himself, and the sun is also on top of him so there’s no way to get a direction once he’s back down. He looks back to the mist cliff where he met Who, and points his left arm towards it, then, standing still, he raises his right arm towards his right and shivers a bit, the cloudy tower. He then raises his second left arm towards his left, the very big pond; and lastly he points his second right arm behind him, the big cloud. With his eyes closed he moves his hands one by one as if remembering where is what.

He is ready to start his descent and stops with his head just above the pillar. He looks at each spot and points at it again, doing his best to memorize. The dim sun is still straight on top so he cant orientate itself. He takes a deep breath and starts going down the wall as fast as he can

Sadly we can see the wall twisting like a screw in some places, so we know there will be some trouble…

Burt gets to the ground and looks at Who. She is in the middle of a very small pond, sitting on a honey colored inflatable donut while drinking some berry juice from a cup, wearing a sun visor and sunglasses everything in the same color. There’s also a couple weapons in the sand, one looks like a giant hammer, a baseball bat and a sword. Everything looks made with Ello’s honey goo.

“Well you took your time huh? I thought you would miss me” Says Who, then jumps and grabs Burt while he was trying to look up and put his hands in position “I did some badass weapons!” She says and grabs a bat and starts swinging it around to show Burt, but he is getting anxious as he can’t orientate himself.

“Burty look! - swing swing - Burty?” Asks Who “oh you saw something up there? Come! show me what did you saw!” She takes him towards the drawings and kneels on the sand. Burt jumps around like a flea and then puts all his four hands on the drawings.

“Yeah yeah the things, which one you saw?” She asks

Burt starts to jump around again as if to choose which and once more he points to all four drawings.

“Ohhhhh you mean you saw all of those? In which direction?”

Burt stands and each of his arms is pointing to a different direction

“Burty dear, I know you are excited, but what is where? Is there a bit of everything everywhere?”

Burt scratches his head and looks up.

Sigh “Ok, lets do the big bad thing first” Says Who and points to the monster drawing “Where is this one?”

Burt thinks and starts waving his two top arms, one for the tower and the other towards  the misty plateau they met. But then looks up and starts slowly rotating while still waving its arms

Who is clearly disappointed

“This one is on me…Ok Burty come here” She starts to draw on the sand “This was you and the bad one was here and here”  She says pointing at two positions located like Burt pointed with his arms. “Ok where are the other ones?”

Burt stands and points to each one Who is asks him to.

“Ok we have no direction but as soon as we know where something is we can  orient the map and navigate from there…We have a map!” She says joyfully jumping and hugging Burt

“Thank you Burt, I know I am a bit grumpy but you know you are very special and” She turns to look at Burt’s face and he is holding his hand up with a jelly ball.

Out of nowhere, Who grips a giant honey colored hammer in her hands and with a serious voice asks Burt "Did I told you why I call this one Bug Smasher?"

Burt looks a bit upset and acts like if he was talking under his breath, he hides the jelly ball again under his chestplate.

Who looks at a petal in which she drew the map using a burnt stick as charcoal. She rolls it and tucks it on her waist. They continued walking until the palm like pillars started to spread a bit more, giving a bit of look at the horizon. The ponds started to appear bigger and bigger and a couple small streams flowed between them. The wind was fresh as if they were reaching the sea again.

Who is collecting twigs to make a fire and ello is on her head moving its wings with the breeze. Burt follows them slowly as he pushes his cart in reverse.

“Burty look! A river!” Who runs and find a small but steady creek “Stop or you’ll ran us over!” She yelled because she is still upset Burt didn’t wanted to PULL his cart. Burt stops behind them and joins to look at the water flow. The creek is not bigger than the ball chariot

Who puts a wide stick on the water and they see it slowly go away.

“See Burt? If we can get a boat we can navigate the rivers and maybe the sea” She looks to her side but Burt is gone “Burt?"

Burt appears and he is carrying the big spoon part of his cart above him, he then drops it on the water splashing water everywhere getting everyone soaked wet. He doesnt seem to notice as he stands proud looking at the thing stay in place because is not even floating.

“You know Burty” Says Who with her hair dripping water “You are a clever one but it seems suspicious you don’t know what will happen if you drop that…Huh?” She paused because Ello quickly jumped away from Who onto Burt’s head.

“Ello why are you ruaaAAgghhhmmmppfff!!” 

The ball just rolled over Who smashing her onto the muddy sand and rolling across the creek.

“Pfffft blegh!” Who spits the sand and gets up madly to go to the spoon. She grabbed the bug smasher.

Ello starts running away so Burt starts to follow

“Why are you running!?” Who yells “Come here! I can be funny too!” And she runs behind them swinging the hammer.
