'Stop coming out when I'm naked you roach!' I yell back annoyingly hushing him.

"Let's get you cleaned Love" Dan says getting up himself... And for an instance, as if Jan's spirit has possessed me, I hold my hands out in the air just like him wanting to be picked up!  

 'Way to go peabrains... from wanting to run away to straight up demanding labour work from our Daddy!' my Devil interrupts for the millionth time.

 I really don't have the energy nor time for my inner minions right now since my sanity just returned and I'm dying of embarrassment with the little stunt I pulled a second back!

 (Yesssss... Asking or rather demanding the simplest stuff is huge thing for me... Especially after pulling all that smexy stuff!!! You guys can judge me on that but that's me! ┐⁠(⁠ ⁠˘⁠_⁠˘⁠)⁠┌ )

I immediately withdrew my hands back close to my body, fidgeting with the sheets which I had pulled on to cover my lower half.

"How can you be so cute and sexy at the same time Babe!!" Dan says with a chuckle.

 "And you don't have to be embarrassed about anything Lex.... I don't mind you showing me more of that cuter side of yours!" he says with a wink.

His playful demeanour changes as he takes in my owerall appearance and closes his eyes shaking his head slightly as if to discard his ""not so appropriate"" thoughts, I guess...

        Dan moves closer and scoops me in his arms and  carries me to the bath. He then places me inside the tub gently as if I would break at any undue force and goes outside without another word.

 'I thought we'll be having a bath together' I pout to myself. 

Letting the warm water calm my nerves down, I'm about to close my eyes and  relax when I hear footsteps... Dan enters and places a pair of clothes he's holding on the small couch that's in the corner of the gigantic washroom.

 He now has his sweatpants on and is walking towards me with a wide grin plastered across his face. 

He finally comes to a halt by the side of the bath tub and  grabs the shower  sponge, pouring a lavender smelling of what I suppose the body wash, he sits on one of the edges of the bath tub with legs floating in the water.

 "Come here, let me help you Babe" he says with the stupidly cute smile still dancing on his lips... 

I blush thinking about the rapid progression of our relationship but comply anyway by moving closer to him and making myself comfortable in between his legs. 

He starts scrubbing my back, my hands and my chest...

What have I done so wrong to have these roaches constantly in my own brains huh???!!!

 I squash him with a huge net and claim my own damn  victory! 

I'm brought back to reality when Dan places me on something soft.

He has placed the burrito- me on the couch while he's changing the sheets.

 I stay in my place for a while and then head towards the wardrobe to grab a huge olive t-shirt of Dan's and slip it over the boxers which were almost invisible under the cloth. Dan has gone to discard the used sheets.

  I was informed at the dinner table that clothes appropriate for my size were bought (by Arthur) and placed in my room already.

Yes! You heard it! My own room was prepared and it had all the luxurious items that I had only watched on television like 10 years back!!

 The only little thing missing was the most important thing...... That is a BED! 

I had come to the conclusion that some silly of a Pup's Dad had done it on purpose!

Later it had been confirmed by the same hottie as he had said, "I wont let you escape anywhere, even at night" with a smug face, grin as wide as the cashier cat.

I knew he just wanted an excuse...besides I liked being with him too so who cares!

 I was laying in bed lost in my thoughts when Dan came back wearing new sweatpants leaving the top aside.

I realise that I might be drooling at the sight in front, and I immediately avert my gaze to the gray walls.

 "Sorry Babe" he says laughing, not seeming sorry in the least bit!

"It's fun to mess with you!" He said laying down beside me still smiling a little extra widely to my liking.

 So I turn my back towards him still pouting. I'm not really mad at him to begin with, rather I felt embarrassed to look him in the eye and with all the blood deciding to hold a concert in my cheeks I really can't help burying my face in the sheets right now. (⁠￣⁠ヘ⁠￣⁠;⁠) 

I'm still in my own world when Dan grabs me by my waist and pulls me towards him, with my back now lying against his chest. His body is nice and cold after the shower against my hot one and the absence of his shirt is making it even better!

 Dan once again buries his face in the crook of my neck and places one hand under my head as my personal pillow and rubs over my stomach as if I'm pregnant... 

'The way he rammed you before you might be knocked up by now if you had been a bitch!!' My inner Devil enjoyed my misery.

I was brought out of my trance when a deep husky voice fell on my ears...

"You smell so good!" Dan says inhaling a whiff of my scent.

"I thought it was your cologne at first, but it's definitely your own!" He informs me about his speculations excitedly.

 " Didn't we just have a bath, must be the body wash or shampoo of yours silly!" I try to reason.

 "Nope! All the things in the bathroom are lavender scented, while you smell a delicious mixture of Petrichor ( the smell of 1st rains on dry land ) and freshly ground coffee beans...." He explains with sparkly eyes

" Damnnn I love it!" He says taking another whiff of my body!

 "And it has gotten stronger than before" he adds....

'Maybe since I work at Emily's cafe the smell must have stuck to me somehow? Dan must have mistaken it to be my own.... But he's saying it's gotten stronger.... Who knows! Maybe us sticking to each other more and more has got him to imagine all that stuff!' I brushed the thoughts away since my eyes felt heavy with sleep.

 Dan's breathing has evened now. I take it as an opportunity and turn around to snuggle close to him. He immediately wraps his arms like a body pillow and murmurs a "Sweet dreams" placing a kiss on the top of my head.

 Soon after that faint snores fall on my ears and as I'm swinging in and out of my own consciousness and end up following him into an actual dreamy world of my own.

  It's getting hot... I feel my skin burning and it hurts...

 It hurts like someone just stabbed me in my lower abdomen.

Chills followed by sweat are flowing down my body.... 

It's different from the nightmares I have. The pain is too real! It's getting scary....

 "Thank God! I thought something happened to you, you were squirming holding your stomach but won't open your eyes.... " Dan's concernful voice ringed in my ears.

"I'm so sorry! Did it hurt before when we did it???"

"I should have restrained myself better...sorry babe! Please look at me...Does it hurt badly??? I called my personal Doctor Rin already. So.... So please hang in there Babe." Dan rambled one and on about how sorry he is even though he had done nothing wrong...

It broke me to see him this worried while I couldn't talk him out of it and make his worries disappear.

 Even though I have handled a ton of pain before, this time it's the worst I have ever had like something inside me is getting torn apart...

Even though I felt like closing my eyes and never opening them back again, I didn't want Dan to blame himself. So I plaster a small smile and hold one of Dan's hands in mine to reassure him but end up failing miserably as another wave of pain strikes making me roll holding my stomach again.... 

Dan gets even more tensed, he sits up and gently places me on his lap...cradling me, he wipes down the sweat with a cold towel.

"Feels.....nice" I mumble at the cold touch. He rolls a towel and places it on my tummy where I had been clutching on.... Which causes me to relax a little and gain my senses back to normal.

I snuggled into Dan's chest and could smell a strong fragrance coming from him.

 "Vanilla.....and chocolate" I mumble to myself with a smile creeping on my lips making me dizzy with happiness making me forget about the bout of nerve wrecking pain... and sleep overtakes me once again...
