"I hope you do realize that accessing a professor's classroom after hours without explicit permission can be held against your records here." A woman in a navy suit sat across from Tyler and the others, her pen tapping the paper as she filled out a document. "We're sorry Ms.Channing, I promise I won't let these 3 do that ever again, because you know I'm such a law-abiding student here-" "Miss Eden, you do know that this document I'm filling out is a trespass order for you, correct?" Eden's face went white and her eyes widened. Tyler's mouth opened up and out of pure instinct he spoke up, "I was the one who asked her to come out here to help, please don't trespass her, punish me instead." Ms.Channing stopped her pen mid-script and looked up at the group of rule breakers. Tyler's face was stern and determined whilst his ears burned a light red. "Mr.Scopes, we let you here on the grounds of Warnaby's recommendation. Why would you take that opportunity and throw it back in our faces?" Tyler stopped mid-breath, trying to form a sentence, an excuse, anything. But all that left his lips was just air as he sighed. And as some would say saved by the bell, he was saved by a knock on the door. "Yes, come in." Ms. Channing sat up and put the pen down. In came a bearded male with glasses in a rustic shirt and jeans, it was Professor Warnaby. He looked rather different than how he was in his usual school attire of a button-up and slacks. Looked almost as if he ran here from the sweat on his forehead though.

"Ms. Channing, what's going on? Why are you four here? Why is SHE here?" Ms. Channing got up and held her hand up at Warnaby in a gesture to shush him. "Well, another professor caught them rummaging in your classroom after hours. And I would appreciate it if you kept your daughter informed of these rules." Wren then gasped. "Wait, DAUGHTER?! YOU'RE HIS KID?!" Eden then scoffed and looked the other way "Not by choice, but I guess if you wanna call it that." Her disposition towards Warnaby was cold and shallow, and also rebellious. "Ms.Channing, I am so sorry I forgot to inform you that I asked Eden here to take those 3 into my room to collect some papers for me that I forgot." At that moment Tyler, Wren, Skye, and Eden all looked in his direction with the most confused expression, practically in sync. "Uhuh... is that right? Because Tyler here had already told me that he asked for their help." "Yes because... Eden wasn't answering her phone so I contacted Mr.Scopes here via his school email. Isn't that right, Tyler?" He said giving Tyler the all-clear to bullshit his way out of this. "Uh yes, that's what I was getting to before Mr.Warnaby rudely interrupted me by bursting in here." Ms.Channing looked back and forth at the group of students and then at her hired so-called "professional" in his rustic nerdy shirt. "Well, I guess if that's the story then there is no proof to deny it. Just please do remember Warnaby that contacting a student personally via their school email is strictly prohibited. But I will let it slide. But I do not want to see them around after hours again. Do I make myself clear?" She scowled, giving the most dead-pan glare as she scanned all 5 of them. "Yes, Ms.Channing. It will not happen again. I'll escort the students back to their dorms and I'll take Eden back. Thank you again." She then waved them off and sat back at her desk, rummaging through her papers.

Warnaby escorted them all out of her office and outside the administration building where he stopped and turned around at the 4 of them, gripping his furrowed brow. "Thanks, Mr.Warnaby. I thought we were about to all get in deep trouble there-" "Why were you guys in my classroom?" He placed his hands on his hips and glared at all of them. "After the stressful event of today, you'd just walk back in there thinking what?" Skye and Tyler looked at each other trying to come up with some sort of excuse. Not like they were good at it, clearly. "Listen, I asked them to take me there so you can ground me later alright?" Eden said walking up and just shrugging. "You know you're gonna give your father and me a stroke one of these days right?" Warnaby placed his arms crossed and stared at Eden. His face, was pure annoyance as he stared down at her. "You know you got kicked out for the semester. You did that to yourself and you almost got me fired for that, you know that right?" Eden just sighs and walks off. "I'll see you guys at the shop tomorrow." "No, you won't because you're grounded young lady!" "Bite my ass, I work tomorrow old man." She then vanished into the orange-purple horizon, walking hopefully back home. Warnaby sighed and then looked back to the crew of students in front of him. "Ok so I'll see you guys tomorrow, and can you please keep the whole thing you just heard and saw here under wraps, please? Really don't need people to know about any of that." "The daughter part, or the gay part?" Wren said with the biggest grin on her face. "Preferably both. Don't need other professors getting on my ass. Now answer me this... Why were you asked to go there by her? Please don't tell me it's more of this paranormal shit." Skye then cleared his throat and said, "I think she wanted to just head in there n see where Ty here passed out. We tried to tell her that nothing weird was going on but you know how girls can be." His response got a perplexed look from Tyler and a tad pissed-off glare from Wren.

"Ok well whatever it was, just please don't go back into my classroom unless I am there okay? And if she started talking about any of that stuff, just ignore her. She has no idea what she's talking about." Warnaby then began to walk off, after Eden. Trying to catch up to her before it got dark. Skye then turned to Wren where he met his reaction to his excuse. "You know how girls are. Really?" "Ok but am I wrong?" "... no." Wren exhaled and looked around. "It's getting late, can we just go our separate ways then meet up tomorrow guys? I guarantee my roomie is probs wondering where I am." Tyler said looking rather nervously at his phone. "Sure, just see ya'll at the cafe then. Laters!" Wren said as she gave a peace sign and walked back into town. "Same here polaroid, I'll catch ya in class." Skye said as he walked off in the opposite direction. Tyler waved them off and exhaled. This was the first calm moment he had where he could breathe in peace. This whole day had been a wild first day and he wasn't sure if he wanted to change anything, or try and ignore everything to chalk it up later to some weird prank bullshit. But no matter how he summed it up in his head, the only things that kept replaying in his head were the sight of that girl in the classroom, Wren's story, but also the newest piece. Why did Warnaby say that? Why did he say 'she has no idea what she's talking about'? Sounds like someone is hiding something. The hairs stood up on the back of his neck as a shiver ran up his spine, getting the feeling he was being watched. He turned around and sure enough, there stood a tall goth girl with short hair and pale blue eyes. "Hey, so did you see my doctor?"
