[Outskirts of Yami, one of Lumiere Kingdom's 9 Great Cities, Etherion]
(Nova and Karma stepped out of a portal, the air tingling with anticipation. The team awaited their arrival, shadows flickering in the fading light.
Karma's gaze sharpened as he observed Nova.)
Karma: (Just what can't this guy do?)
Nova: I'm back.
Sora: Welcome back Sensei.
Karma: (Why does he make them call him Sensei?)
Nova: Yeah. Kid this is Sora.
(Karma's eyes quickly dart around viewing Sora's entire body.)
Karma: She's a noncombatant and due to her structure, I'm sure she isn't a healer so I'll say she's a user of Space magic. (I shouldn't have said all that.)
Nova: Your deductive skills are good.
(Sora is shy and slightly embarrassed by his assessment.)
Sora: Hehe, looks like he deduced everything correctly. Nice to meet you.
Karma: ...
Nova: Now, now Karma don't be mean. The remaining dumbasses should be around here somewhere.
(Moments later, six figures emerged from the shadows, their distinct personalities on full display.
Karma remained silent, studying the rest of the team, their presence radiating with unique qualities.)
Nova: Oh here they are. I brought back a newbie.
Leone: So they're still lunatics willing to join us.
Karma: ...
(Without warning, Karma was kicked by one of the members.)
Karma: Are you trying to get yourself killed?
Yuri: It's just a test. Show me what you've got.
(Their sparring began, with Karma swiftly dispatching Yuri's shadow clones. But she seized an opportunity and landed a hit from behind.)
Leone: He's slow.
Yuri: Shuriken shower!
(Karma evaded Yuri's onslaught with agility, but she continued her assault, relentless.)
Karma: (Did he increase the effects of the Limiters even more? They're clearly heavier.) Well that makes things more interesting.
Nova: (So he noticed).
Leone: Why did you choose him? This isn't worth watching.
Nova: Patience, Leone. You'll see.
(As the fight intensified, Karma's speed caught everyone's attention.)
Leone: Huhh.... He's.....
Yuri: (.... getting faster?) It's been a while since anyone my age has been able to keep up with me.
Tera: (Is it me or is he a lot slower than when he was in the cave? I was sure he would be able to keep up with Yuri easily.)
Yuri: Let's get a bit serious. See if you can keep up with this much speed. Ninja art: one thousand steps.
(Yuri multiplied herself into a thousand clones, launching a coordinated attack.)
Leone: Shouldn't we stop her?
Nova: Nope. Look at the kid's face does he look like he's in danger? (He's learning and adapting to her every move.)
Leone: (He's learned to avoid her attacks just from seeing them once)
(Karma starts to read, block and evade all the incoming attacks. Karma flawlessly countered every attack, closing in on Yuri.)
Karma: Got you.
Yuri: What do you mean?
(In an instant, Karma vanished and reappeared before Yuri, delivering a powerful punch which sends her crashing into the ground.)
Yuri: You've already surpassed the speed of light?
Karma: ...
Yuri: You're fun! I haven't had this much excitement in ages!
Tera: Incredible.
Nova: (He's this fast even after I increased the restraints). Well that's enough for now. (Any more than this will be dangerous. I can already feel his bloodlust welling up).
Yuri: I'm Yuri, the greatest ninja this land has ever seen, master of deception and seduction.
[Yuri, 17 years old. She's an overly hyperactive ninja who likes to stick her nose where it's not wanted. Apart from the fact that she's a well rounded girl, she's a brunette with dark hair and eyes matching up to make a pair. She's a little shorter than Karma despite being older]
Karma: (Talk about self hype. Nova's influence is just oozing off her.)
Yuri: I'll introduce you to everyone else. First up this is Leone Braveheart. He's as proud as a King but also reliable. But he's also overly serious and too responsible. He also needs to relax sometimes.
Leone: I'm not over serious you're just plain irresponsible.
[Leone, 17 years old. He has majestic blonde hair along with green eyes. Always wearing armour with his sword around his waist. He has a somewhat cute face with his folded and tied up hair. His height matches up perfectly with Karma's.]
(Karma looks at Leone in confusion then turns towards Nova who smirked at him.)
Yuri: See? Next we have Ana. She's a lot shy and practically hides from conversations. She's an introvert in short.
Ana: ....(Why the hell does he look like that? He doesn't look interested in us in the least. Such a terrible personality but he's so damn handsome.)
[Ana Greenbelle, 16 years old. From Karma's perspective, Ana is a disgrace to girlhood. She's a straight figure with nothing noteworthy of calling her a female apart from her name and cute face. She's short and has dark hair with green eyes.]
Karma {Annoyed}: ....(The hell is this bitch thinking?)
Yuri: Next up is our hyperactive fighting machine, Licht. He can never get enough about fighting, so he's a bit messed up in the head.
Licht: Wanna test your strength against me?
[Licht Voltra, 16 years old. Licht despite his attitude has a rather handsome face. His Golden hair and eyes overshadow his gruesome personality.]
Karma {Annoyed}: ...(Should I kill this bastard?)
Yuri: Next is the laziest person you'll ever meet in your life. We have the totally unreliable Yami.
Yami: Yo, and Yuri, I'm not lazy it's called Selective Participation.
[Yami Yugi, 17 years old. Yami has very dark matching Hair and Eyes. He's also the tallest in the group not counting Nova.]
Karma: .....
Yuri: Moving on we have our overly nice, scared and shy, Sora.
Sora: I'm not that shy? Nice to meet you Karma.
[Sora, 17 years old. Sora is a well endowed beauty. The kind of girls you'd take to a beauty pageant and even make those older than herself jealous. She's a model figure of average height. Her black hair and purple eyes combination stands out no matter where she goes.]
Karma: Yeah.
Ana: (He spoke. That means he just doesn't like me. Tch who cares if you have a perfect face or body or are as handsome as Sensei but I really want his attention for some reason).
Yuri: We also have the too honest, no fun, Tera. She's always worried about the consequences of her actions and never gets to have any fun.
Tera: Yuri, that's not nice. Nice to meet you once again.
Leone: (Again?)
Karma: ...
Yuri: Last but absolutely not the least is, our insanely powerful awesome blindfolded Sensei, Nova Nishike. He's the most destructive and dangerous person there is alive.
(Nova proceeds to strike different poses during his introduction.)
Karma: (What a dumbass. But no good comments about him?)
Nova: Now you know everyone let's eat.
Karma: (He's not even denying it.)
Nova: You'll be working with the 10th Gate for the time being.
Yuri: Nova-sensei when's the Captain coming back?
Nova: He's occupied with missions. There's still much work ahead. (Thanks to him I can relax. Well not really sure I can do that. Karma, from what I've seen so far, he's having a hard time restraining his bloodlust. If the fight just now would've gone on, he might've tried to kill without even knowing it.) Looks like there's still alot of work to do.
