He lays in his new bed, wishing he were laying on the soft moss of the forest he misses so much. Wishes, instead of seeing the blank whiteof the apartment ceiling, that he was staring at the green canopy of the trees.

    He got moved to this home because his parents weren't taking care of him right. That's why he misses the forest so much, because he'd basically live there and not stay in the house with his parents until their constant fighting cooled down enough to bear again.

     One of his neighbors or teachers called CPS because they barely saw him. Whenever he hid in the forest, he'd be too scared to go to school, in case one of his parents tried to pick him up and force him to stay in his room.

      Now, he's living in a place super far away from his paretns and his forest. He's being forced to go to school. And there's not even a woods around where he lives now.

     It's miserable to him. He wants to go home, but everytime he tells an adult that, they say he can't because his parents are bad. He can't explain that he's not talking about the house. He's talking about the serene, peaceful, mossy, beautiful forest. That's his home.
