DAN's   P.O.V. 🤎   { ContinueD... }

    "Daddaaa!"

    "Lexieee!!"

 The sweet voice of my Pup falls on my ears followed by giggles and small hasty footsteps.

 I feel the bed dip at the end and then small bounces. Even though I wanted to wake up my body and eyes felt heavy.

 "Sshhhh Honeybear, let's play together, Dadda needs to sleep" Lex whispers hushing my Pup.

'Oh how sweet can my Babe be?!! It's him that needs rest, besides we also have to get to Rin's clinic, which he has no idea of.'

  Thinking of the long day ahead and the adorableness of my Babe and Pup, I decide to kick myself awake.  Stealthily I make my way behind Lex who is holding Pup in his arms as always whispering and earning sweet giggles in return from his Chocopie. 

My heart might just melt away!

My Pup has his butt stuck to my man almost all the time and Lex ends up giving his all attention to the little attention seeker part 2, part 1 being obviously ME!

Anyways, since the site of them together is so damn adorable, I can't even complain!

  I even started calling him "Lex" instead of Lexie since, my Babe had said that it reminds him of Pup whenever I called him Lexie and  it's embarrassing when we are doing the not so kid friendly deeds...!

Though watching him turn heated red with all the shy-nervousness is fun, I'd rather have our special lil nickname. 

 Back to my awkward Ninja position....!

  I'm about to pounce on the giggly duo but Pup notices me first, so before he can shout out Dadda, I grab Lex's waist with one hand and hold his hand that's holding my Pup with my other one to steady them and then go on to roll them into a giant hug over on the bed...

 Pup erupts into joyful squeals while my Babe is just too stunned to speak! 

The clocks inside his head start functioning and he turns cherry red! 

" Where did this set of Angels land on my bed from?!....Good morning beautiful!" I whisper the last part in a rather low tone in his ears and give peck on his cheek which turns him into beet. I grin at my little accomplishment!

However the moment is cut short by an angry Pup who squirms his way in between us with the cutest pout ever! 

Alex   P.O.V. 💜

"Dadda only gives kisses to Lexie" my Chocipie says while pouting and burying his face in the pillow between us.

'Awwww poor baby...!' I feel bad for the chubby butt.

I look at Dan and we connect with our gaze, nodding to each other at the same time we begin our mission.

 "3" Dan starts the count down...

"2" I follow the count

With 2, the Honeybun peeks at us from his hiding place

"1" together we nod again...

Tickle attack followed by kisses is showered on the angryball by both of us, gaining us a fit of melodious laughter.

 Jan tries to squirm his way out but is picked up by his Dadda who is now carrying him on his shoulder.

"Yayyy!! High!... Higher!!" Jan bounces excitedly... While Dan and I can't help but hold huge smiles adoring at his cuteness.

"Babe.... Since you were not feeling well I texted Emily about it and she has allowed you to rest for a day or two. So, why don't you take it slow and get sleep in for some more time?" Dan says tilting his head a little.

"More sleepy?" Jan questions tilting his head in a similar way to his father, not aware of anything but interested in the sleep part I guess!

'Oh!!! The cuteness is destructive'

"I'm feeling alright now" I answer both of their questions while a smile creeps on my lips.

   

"Lex... you might not remember this but we were invited by one of my close friends Rin who happens to be a doc.... She was the one who came to check up on you yesterday.... Before that I'll just hand over this prisoner to Arthur and be back" Dan says teasing his Pup.

"Jan wants to go with Lexie and Dadda too!" My Chocipie whines...

"Oh really? Pup, we are going to give Lexie in-in since he's not feeling well. Does Pup want to get some too?? If so, then all we can go together..." Dan says trying to keep a straight face.

"Noooo.... Jan is not sick Dadda... Jan will go to school with Arthy" the cutie betrays me as he turns cold feet.

While the scene has me wanting to burst into laughter I hold it in not wanting my Honeybun to feel bad and I can see Dan is doing the same. 

Jan is still on Dan's shoulder, so Dan bends down so that my Chocipie can give me a get well soon kiss on my cheeks then wave  bye with a cute lil flying kiss at the end

But Dan grabs the kiss mid air and eats it like a stupid kid. But before his Pup can complain any further I see Arthur already at the door ready to take Jan to get ready for school.

My Chocipie is bribed with his favourite Chocolate and the cute lil butt vanishes in thin air.

While on the other hand as soon as my eyes land on my ""l-o-v-e-r"" he has this idiotic smirk plastered on his face with mischief evident in his eyes.

"I'm not sleepy.... We can get ready and leave for your friend's place." I tell Dan as he approaches me one step at a time.

"Okay Love... We can do that!" He says and then suddenly tackles me softly and we are sent flying on the bed yet again.

"Lex..." Dan calls out in a rather serious tone as he turns us on our sides so we are face to face. This causes me to give him my full attention.

His eyes soften as he presses his lips forming a tight line... 

His entire demeanour screams warnings.... to run away from the situation... but... with some struggle I manage to hold my ground.

"Lex... I'm sorry and you might feel uncomfortable with what I'm about to ask but do believe me that I really Love you and trust you with all of my being" Dan starts with a straight face and my brain already has 1001 theories of how bad this is gonna be!

"Last night and the night before too you had nightmares.... But last night with that you were burning with fever and rolling around in pain. Nothing seemed to calm you down so I had to call up Rin." He reveals while his eyes  scan my face as if I'm gonna turn into a mess of some sort.

But I hold onto the last string of my confidence and nod to confirm with him that he can keep going on...

"Babe, you know, she was here last night.... so she had taken a few samples of your blood to run tests. However, it's still unprocessed since that of course will be after you're okay with it....She also wanted to run some scans, so had asked me if we could visit her clinic today." Dan finishes in a calm way and then  he stares at me with a face that was blank as a paper.... It's  as if he's giving me the freedom to choose whatever I want to do.

As far as I'm concerned I know that I should be scared of Dan finding out about my not so normal past life... But wouldn't it be better if he rejected me while we just started....Might save all the hurtful experiences for both the father and the son too...

I know he'll feel disgusted by me when I tell him about the centre.... I might just have to move again to a new place and start afresh.

Sigh....

 'Was it a mistake to ever start this relationship?? My Angel questions me and the last strand of my hope seems to crumple into nothingness....

Dreadful thoughts cloud my reasoning.... however, in the end, I want the best for my people, even if it means that I can no longer stand together with them. 

Dan still deserves to know the truth and if this is the time to do so, then I have to be ready for whatever comes my way.... 

My Love is still patiently waiting for me to speak up but his straight face is long gone and is now replaced with worries.

"We don't have to...." Dan finally breaks the silence, but doesn't get to finish since I gather my remaining confidence.

"Let's go to Rin's place.... I'm good to go for whatever tests she needs to do...... But Dan, will you allow me to explain some things before we do that, please?" I beg for understanding with my eyes which are on the verge of bursting into tears.

Without any words Dan lifts my face up and places a soft kiss on my lips... He kisses slowly and with so much love that the world comes to a standstill and my mind gets occupied with him and only him.

"Of course Babe and you don't have to beg for anything Love...." He says placing a quick soft peck over my lips.

"How about a warm shower and some yummy food first? You don't have to rush anything... Just take your time and when you're ready I'm all ears for you..." Dan  places a last kiss on my closed eyes and I nod with a small smile.

I look at him trying to treasure every detail of him...

 Dan gets up and stands at the edge of the bed and holds out his hands like he does for Jan.

I shake my head but he pulls me to sit up and then places  both of my hands on either side of his neck locking them behind. He supports my bottom and I follow the unsaid instructions by lacing my legs around his waist. I bury my face in his neck and refresh in his soothing scent.

We shower without much of a conversation, which has me thanking the Gods for Dan's understanding. After that, we dress up quickly, although clothes of my size have already been bought, Dan keeps giving me his own oversized shirts which I do love to wear too! We are back on the bed where Dan is helping me dry my hairs while his own body is sexily dripping wet!

'Holy mothers!!! Just shut your whiny trap and bow down to the Dad-God! And offer your sorry ass as offering right now!!' my Devil comes live in action with his never ending thirst.

(Swiftly wiping off the drool from my own face!) 

A knock brings me out of my train of thoughts and it's none other than Arthur. He has a tray filled with different food items.

"I asked Arthur to get food in our room.... Since you were not feeling well..." Dan tells me with a slight blush, while scratching the back of his head.

My heart almost melts at the sight... He's making the aftermath so hard for me! But before my thoughts are clouded with negativity, I quickly concentrate on the food that looks mouth watering!

'Yeah but there's something more drool worthy than the food and that's standing right there you cryba....'

 A hand pulling mine snaps me back to reality and I see Dan sitting on the small black couch which was in the corner of his room, he pats his lap with his free hand and as if it was a routine to me I just oblige and make myself comfortable on my personal man-throne!

Arthur has left without notice yet again... Anddd the food tastes amazing as usual. Even though I'm able to eat on my own Dan doesn't fail to keep on feeding me with extra stuff in between.

'Eat while you can...we never know what will happen after we get the test results or when he...' my Angel tries to bring up our previous conversation when we had finished eating and Dan was busy attending an urgent call.

'It doesn't matter because I'm going to tell him everything myself' I let my Angel inside know.

'Doesn't matter?? Really?? He is gonna kick that ass of yours on the streets instead of banging it on the bed as per usual!! You know that's a big matter you whimp!'  My Devil interjects our conversation.

'Both of you just get out of here.... I was and will be good on my own!'  my scream resonates inside my head and everything turns silent inside - out...

Feeling tired of everything I close my eyes to submerge within the little lake of calmness that has now surrounded the chaos and I manage to drift into my very first peaceful slumber....

 A slumber that has led to a beautiful dream... 

A dream which might be the first and the last one I will ever have....!

A sweet voice is urging me to wake up....

"Lexieeeeee!"

"Lexie, I'm homeee!" 

"Stop it Pup. You'll scare him....come to Dadda!" Dan calls for his Pup a bit from a distance.

"Nooo Dadda... Jan will be a good boy and not scare Lexie, I promise!" My Chocipie whispers in not so low voice.

I open my eyes to the cutest sight ever! 

Both - the Dad and his Pup have their heads resting on the edge of the bed one behind the other facing me, while Dan is sitting on  the floor holding his Pup on his lap. 

 The dove eyes of my 5 year old sparkle with happiness when he notices that I'm finally out of my beauty sleep, and before I can sit up I'm attacked by an aggressive lil Pup! 

I quickly grab him and peck his cute cheeks while he giggles and asks for more and I do oblige with the Angels orders!

I notice the table clock on the sides and feel surprised at the amount of time I had ""napped"".

 I never did it before. Besides I'm a light sleeper but these days I'm feeling more and more sluggish.

My eyes finally land over Dan's face that has concerns written all over his features.

 Knowing what awaits us, I prepare my mind for the worst.

"Babe.... Rin called up.... I had asked her to run the tests and she has the reports by now. She wants to meet you immediately..." Dan informs me followed by a heavy sigh.

I plaster a small smile across my face and nod in understanding.

"Rin won't tell me anything about the reports, so when you're done talking will you tell me about whatever has you disturbed Babe?" Dan asks with a child like innocence.

"Yes Dan.... I want to tell you about all  the things that have happened..." I try to soothe his worries while holding Jan in my arms and getting out of our bed I place a soothing kiss on his lips.

He's taken aback by my sudden affection but kisses me back...

Some more giggles and I jump away from Dan. How could I forget my Chocipie is right here!!

'Yeah! might as well bang your head on the nearest wall' my Devil laughs at my stupid ass.

"Will Dadda and Lexie get married?? Ummm.... Ummmm..... Then.... Can I call Lexie Mumma??" My Honeybun asks with sparkles in his eyes!  ✨

"Soon Pup...... Soon!" Dan winks at me with a smirk enjoying how it had me blushing from head to toe! 

If that's even possible that is!
