King Windholm- So then “Vagrant” how do you feel about this? *he says with a taunting smile on his face as he takes the mask off of Ray*

Ray- *looking down to the ground* Everyone I love has forsaken me for betraying their trust, so just kill me and be over with it 

King Windholm- *intrigued* How about instead, you work for my military?

(Ray is confused by the question)

King Windholm- In exchange for your life I want you to work for me and enroll in the military and the schools in the “Gold District”

Ray- *angered* Why the fuck would I do that?

King Windholm- Because I know you don’t really want to die

(Ray thinks about the idea for a bit then smiles a defeated but relieved)

Ray- Well as I said, you old bastard, Everyone has betrayed me, I have no one left to care for me, love me or play with me so…

(King Windholm listens closer and raises an eyebrow with intrigue)

King Windholm- So how about it, Do you accept?

Ray- *melancholic smile* ‘Guess I don’t have a choice

King Windholm- *lifting his fingers* Then It’s settled

(Ray is preparing for the worst as he sees King Windholm rise up and face the crowd)

(King Windholm pulls out his sword and points it at Ray)

King Windholm- *close up on mouth* Shift

(Ray closes his eyes and then he disappears to a metal lined room)

Ray- Wha- Where am I?

(He realizes that his hands are no longer chained so he looks at them)

Ray- *confused* Where is this?

(a few minutes) someone enters the room; A girl about his height with a butler's outfit, tan skin and black hair tied down in the back into 2 puff balls, think of Jasmine from the boondocks and a medium sized bust)

?-I Presume that you are “THE VAGRANT” the King warned be about

(Ray is confused then, gets up answering)

Ray- *apprehensive* Yeah that's me who are you?

?-My name is Milenya (Mil-en-ya) and I will be your attendant starting today

(Ray looks at her worried and cautiously like she could seriously hurt him or even kill him if she wanted, Milenya the claps her hands)

Milenya- C’mon now chop chop 

(Ray goes with her as she walks formally he walks like he has no fucking idea where he was, because he doesn’t)

Ray- Hey…Milenya, right?

Milenya- What is it?

Ray- Are you real or am I just dead?

Milenya- You are very much alive “Master Vagra-”

Milenya- *glares because she was interrupted* Alright Master Ray it is

(They walk for a little bit in silence then Ray breaks the awkward silence with a question)

Ray- So where the fuck are we anyway?

Milenya- We are in the “Diamond District” in one of the hallways of the palace

Ray- *confused* Why, though? 

Milenya- Because the King has arranged that you be sent here in order for me to guard you and guide you

Ray- Well lady I don’t think I need guarding

Milenya- *matter-of-fact tone* Well from what I saw, you do 

Ray- Oh come on I went toe-to-toe with your Supreme Generals and The King

Milenya- Oh? And tell me how has that worked out for you 

(Silence)

Ray- Fuck You

Milenya- That's what I thought *smug/regained conposure* anywho the King would like an audience with you so we must make haste

Ray- Whatever 

(They hurriedly make their way to the dining hall where King Windholm, S.G. Lerena and S.G. William are already seated) 

King Windholm- Welcome Dear “Vagrant” we have much to discuss *with a sinister smile*
