Surprised at the sound of another creature, she sprung up immediately and bit in the direction of the voice. Quickly, the creature jumped away from her bite and bared its fangs, leaping onto her. It pinned her down in a matter of seconds and snarled, noticing the fear in her eyes. Stepping away, it sat down in silence and watched as Shine recollected herself after several hours. Her breathing steadied as she endured what had happened to her multiple times in her own head. Finally, she turned to look at the creature, curious as to what had been talking to her.

"Who-"

"Patience."

She pinned her ears back in confusion, confused as to what the creature wanted her to be patient for. Naturally, she was alert, as she was told to be patient by her handlers during drug raids or gang wars.

"Be patient for what?"

"Oh," the creature laughed, "My name is Patience. I assumed that was what you were going to ask me?"

"Yes...I-"

She stared at the creature in awe, noticing their visual similarities. The creature's body seemed to be almost identical to her own but was much bigger in size, and it seemed to be much more swift and silent. Beautiful dark brown dominated the top of the creature, whilst a tan color covered the lower parts of the animal. Its natural pelt color seemed to be mild brown, and it's eyes were a beautiful shade of yellow.

Wait...

I regonize that creature!

"Are you a wolf?"
